1.Rav’s Introduction: Yes, we are almost at the end of the introduction. Here he is explaining to us about correction number 30 from the Tikkunei Zohar, the corrections of the Zohar. The Book of Zohar is divided into several parts and the important part of it is called Tikkunei Zohar, corrections of the Zohar and from the corrections of the Zohar the most important one is correction number 30. If you take the books of Kabbalists which they wrote, in most cases we see that they explained, they interpret number 30 from the corrections of the Zohar because this text talks about the main correction we have to do, the end of correction, the final correction. About everything we have to do among us to come to a state where our heart rejoices in Him means that we cannot connect unless we are drawn to the Creator and are incorporated in Him and connect in Him and not that there might be some connection between us, on the contrary everything that we can reveal between us is only how much we are incapable of getting closer or connect to one another. But it shouldn’t confuse us or cool us, we should rather know that by yearning for the Creator, when we are incorporated in Him, to the extent that we are incorporated with the Creator we unite among us and vice-versa to the extent that we unite among us we become incorporated in the Creator. Correction number 30 is very powerful. So lets read what Baal HaSulam wants to tell us about it.

2. R. (02:50) The collection of all the souls of Israel, all the souls that yearn to achieve connection among them and discover the Creator in order to bring him contentment. This is called the Shechina, Divinity.

3. R. (03:22) In other words this is what we have to attain, that the heart is empty and cannot connect with the rest of the hearts. It has no understanding, no Bina, no understanding to know and attain the revelation of the Creator and although the Creator is in us we do not attain it, do not feel it, and we do not discover it, not even a hint of it.

4. R. (05:08) They engage in everything besides the correction of the world, which is connection among people, until the common force that connects them is revealed between them.

5. R. (07:50) This is correction number 30 as it is written in the Book of Zohar.
6. S. (08:06) What is he saying here in simple words?
R. He is saying that the method of our existence of all the people, the purpose of our existence, is for us to connect and in our connection reveal the upper force and this upper force should be revealed to such an extent that it will connect us with its power until all the wholeness of creation is revealed precisely in those created beings, that to begin with carry within them the great separation, the shattering that there is among them, the hatred, the great ego which the Creator created initially and deliberately. The results from what the created beings go through is that they understand that they have to invert themselves into the opposite quality, from separation to connection, from hatred to love, and in this way by mutual nearing, as much as they can by helping one another, they have to come to a state where everyone is drawn toward a connection which is entirely to be as one man with one heart.
To be in one desire, one intention, one heart. That they unite among them to such an extent that they feel themselves as one person who contains within him all the qualities and propensities of all the created beings and in this way they discover, in this one vessel, the one Creator and this will be called the end of correction. This is what the Creator expects and this is why we were created and this is what we have to achieve. Let us all connect to it more and more. You see and you hear that the world once again has these outcries of war and there are pressures, and pride, and the ego of many people in many countries is raining high. So let us try precisely now that the Creator is awakening the world in this way, in order to bring us into correction, to bring all of humanity into correction, so let us read it with this special intention.

7. R. (11:39) Meaning the desires of all the created beings that unite together to be in mutual help, mutual responsibility, mutual support, adhesion with one another in order to specifically, according to their vessel, according to what they establish among them, from the opposite things. When they want to bring them all together by this they build a system called Shechina, Divinity and then the Creator is revealed in this system to the extent that there are oppositions there, contradictions, and then on top of these contradictions the created beings search and manage to find connections.

8. R. (13:17) The truth is that we are already in these states except they are concealed from us. This is why we should open our hearts a little bit, reveal our hearts, open our hearts a little bit in order to feel the states that we are in. Both at the end of correction and all the states from here until the end of correction. It is not a problem, by our disposition towards it, we will reveal all of those states that are ahead of us up to the most complete state. Perfect state.

9. R. (14:42) In other words they think that the good deeds they have to do are only toward their connection with the Creator but to do all kinds of things among themselves to do the things, maybe help each other in some way, that that is enough.

Reader Continues 70 (15:06) “… they have no intention to do them in order to bring contentment to their Maker.
10. R. (15:39) In other words even if they try to do it in order to bestow they still do not emerge from doing it for themselves to doing it for the Creator.
Reader Continues 70 (15:50): “It is said about the generation of that time: “A spirit leaves and will not return to the world.”
11. R. (16:05) As we know we have Nefesh, Ruach, Neshama, Haya, Yechida. We have five lights and the light that sustains us on the corporeal, this lowest level, is called Nefesh. Above Nefesh when it begins to move like the wind, Ruach, when it begins to make changes in us, it is called Ruach which is both spirit and wind. So it is a spiritual force that is revealed and changes us, activates us toward advancement. So this is called Ruach. So he says for the time being we are in such operations where we do not activate Ruach we are only in a state where we exist like on standby and this is what is happening.
Rav reads from item 70 (17:10): “It is said about the generation of that time: “A spirit leaves and will not return to the world.” This is the spirit of the Messiah, meaning the spirit of the Messiah, who must deliver Israel from all their troubles until the complete redemption, to keep the words, “The earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord.” That spirit has left and does not shine in the world.”
R. (17:36) This is what we are saying for the time being. Of course the purpose of creation is preordained and the final state exists from the very beginning because in spirituality there is nothing that changes. Everything exists except it is revealed to the created beings to the extent that they are drawn to reveal that future correct form.

12. R. (19:06) In other words those people who are basically us. People to whom the Creator gives some desire to approach Him and reveal Him and connect with Him. Those people are the ones who are not making enough efforts and putting their minds and hearts into trying to get closer to the Creator, to unite around him, to draw from Him the reforming light through them to all of humanity. Those people are the ones to blame for the world seeming to be so bad. Meaning that all of humanity instead of being connected within itself and with a Creator in the perfect state is still suffering from the lack of connection, lack of wholeness and is even coming closer to all kinds of bad terrible states, worse than what happened before. This is what he is telling us in item 70.
13. S. (20:44) What is it when he says call when there is sin and there is prayer?
R. Did you understand what he is talking about in general? Our iniquity is that we are not activating our prayer.
14. S. (21:10) At the top of the text what do they mean when they say which saints will you pray to?
R. What forces you pray to, angels are forces. The wind, the sun, gravity, all kinds of forces, they are called angels. That is it. The Creator operates them and activates them in order to, through them, influence people. They are not these winged angels and all kinds of depictions. They are natural forces which the Creator operates and of course there’s none else besides Him, only he does it and they activate all the levels of nature. The still, vegetative, animate and speaking and through them He influences us.
15. S. (22:38) There is such a concept called the deficiency of the world. What is that, if we could know?
R. The deficiency in the world? The deficiency of the world is basically, the final correction. This is what is at the basis of the world. Every atom, every molecule, every animal, all the still, vegetative, animate and speaking, all of them yearn basically for the final correction because from that perfect state, that complete state, the Creator created everything and then broke it gradually until it cascaded into this world and this is why we are all aiming for there and in the end, within each and every one, this is what he wants. He wants to come to the complete perfect state to be incorporated with everyone together. In this sphere, in this complete form. This is a form that exists in us except it is concealed deeply but it is what operates all of creation from the tiniest element in creation, corporeal, spiritual, until the end of correction. All the future form exists in us and operates everything.
S. (24:31) If we feel that people are suffering but not looking for the Creator where is the deficiency?
R. It is still not scrutinized. Look at how people are suffering. The whole world is suffering. Look at how many people in the world there are now. Millions over millions who do not have water, food, heating or cooling. The most necessary things for physical existence and how much they need that they don’t know about from the spiritual existence, not physical but spiritual. How much they still need to receive. How many powers and fillings they still need to receive in order to build for each one their own personal soul and to connect them all together into one common soul. It is all the degrees that are in us from the state that we are in now until the end of Correction. All of this depends only on the connection between us and between us means those people who receive from above, from the Creator, an invitation to participate in the correction of the world, and we need to understand it and take it seriously.
16. S. (26:24) How should the tens behave so as to not fall to these practical actions in Kabbalah?
R. Only through connection. Our whole correction, all of our actions, everything that we can do and we do not need more than that, is only to connect. Through connection we win everything, we solve everything. There is no reason for all of these troubles but only for the separation because of the shattering of Adam HaRishon. So until we restore it to its former state out of the conditions that are revealed then we come to the complete and final correction.
17. S. (27:43) How can you even achieve such a pure clean intention to bring contentment to the Creator from our coarse understanding?
R. Delighting the Creator, delighting creation, delighting all of humanity, all of it, it’s all the same. It is the same. If you see what Kabbalists write then you basically have no more than the still, vegetative, animate and speaking that you have in front of you and you work towards them in such a way that you want to bring everyone to the corrected form and it all depends on your relation to the still, vegetative and animate but mainly to the speaking, to people. This is why the connection between us corrects everything. That is it and this has to be the general and all encompassing, most dominant overarching approach to everything. As it says that love will cover all crimes. We all have crimes. The Creator gave us the evil inclination on purpose so that on top of it we will build a connection and then over all these crimes that exist in each one and all together, love will cover them. This is what we have to do but until we discover it this takes such a long time. So many troubles and so many problems and this is why we need to advertise the wisdom of Kabbalah. Not under the name of the wisdom of Kabbalah because people do not understand it, they will reject it but to explain that only through connection among people will the world come to its correction.
18. S. (30:22) We gradually see in the world that the situation becomes worse and worse. Looking at the situation in the Ukraine, how can we take these deficiencies so as to increase the connection between us and the prayer towards the Creator?
R. We do not engage in politics or geography or anything. We want only one thing, where it is possible to add love or at least to decrease hate, to decrease resistance among people, there we should assist with it. Therefore we should pray.
Pray that we will cause connection among people as much as possible and this is for the benefit of humanity and to delight the Creator. That we have to establish creation as opposite, broken, and for Humanity to ask for connection above the hatred, the rejection, and then it will understand and feel and discover what unity means because the revelation of the power of unity is the main thing and you cannot have one without the other. This is why the Creator suffers ostensibly more than everyone but he has no choice. He has to create nature in this way. We cannot understand why he must, if he is Almighty, but he did it this way and we have to try through our prayer, our desire, through our plea to Him, all of us together, as much as possible to force Him to make Him because our request for correction is what He needs and then He will act.
Other than this he needs nothing besides our deficiency. Our deficiency is what is missing in creation to begin with. To have a deficiency opposite from the good force of the Creator so you need to have a deficiency from the lower ones and this is why he created all of creation deficient. We were born deficient and we have to discover this deficiency. So until we ask for peace, complementation, love, connection, it will not happen. We need to want connections on all the levels completely and by this all of nature in all the worlds returns to its final state where we are all connected and all of us reveal only the power of connection, eternal and complete and this is how we are on this level too.
19. S. (34:09) In the article it talks about the departure of the spirit of the Messiah: how to work correctly so we can feel it and bring that spirit closer to not separate from it?
R. The Messiah is a force, it is not a person it’s a force, a spirit. Spirit meaning that it comes and goes, comes and goes, according to our desire when we want it to come closer it comes and when we don’t want it, it leaves and Messiah, the word Messiah comes from Moshech, pulling, it is a force that pulls us out of our ego and into bestowal, into love, into connection. So those who understand that we need this force, this force that will pull us from bad to good from disconnection to connection from hatred to love, this is called turning to the Messiah, calling on the Messiah. Let’s do it together.
20. S. (35:37) In our nature we have a quality of empathy but I wanted to clarify why sometimes empathy towards a specific incident or a beaten animal, a wounded animal, can awaken my heart more and in contrast war between countries does not awaken that empathy in me necessarily but intellectually I understand that in that place there can be a lot more misery and pain then some wounded animal or a specific person. Why is there such a difference?
R. Because in the meantime we are in the general egoistic quality that is not corrected. This is why what is close to my heart is what I think about and accept and this is how it impresses me. Each of us, if he needs anything at home, in life, the smallest thing, he is worried about it more than about anything that is happening in the world or some explosions among the stars or hurricanes on Earth. This is how people are, this is how our ego arranges our perception of reality. So there is no question of what impresses us but if all of us together, as much as we can in the ten, if we ask the Creator to give us the feeling within the ten of what it means to emerge from myself and feel the spirit that operates between us, by this we will begin to discover the Creator. That he is the one who dwells. That is all we need basically and by this we will also begin to see things in the world that are really more important for the Creator and not for our individual egos.
S. How do we understand what to relate more and what to relate less in the world? Because if I follow my heart we see that it is not accurate.
R. No, our hearts are an egoistic heart, it is a broken heart. Of course it is not according to the heart, it is according to what we decide in the ten. All of us we decide what is important and even though everyone says it from his point of falsehood there is still a point of truth in the posterior of it. So we should discuss in the tens how much we want, how much we need to establish ourselves in the right attitude towards the world, our fate, everything. So somehow we will discuss what is outside each and every one. From the others towards the Creator, and that is how we will advance.
21. S. (39:13) What are the efforts that we should do in the ten to understand or feel the flavors of the commandments and understand what is concealed from us?
R: All that we want whether we say it or not, we want revelation because that is what is missing to our will to receive. Now instead of crying for revelation, for fulfillment, we need to ask for the correction and then it will happen. The Creator wants from us correction and we want from Him revelation, fulfillment.
So lets give ourselves, let’s be accountable to ourselves a little for what we need here because if I am, together with my friends, then with them I can still be inspired by and decide that I need correction. Without the Friends, alone, I am clear on needing fulfillment. So the more we all become Incorporated together and inclined towards the Creator it puts us closer and closer to correction and so we should always be in that kind of feeling that we are all together and we are caring about something common between us, this common vessel between us and in it we will both correct the relationship between us and reveal the Creator in our correct connection.
22. S. (41:52) What is described here is that there is a connection without the Creator when we do good to people and there is connection among people but with the Creator. What is the fundamental difference? How is it felt or how do we approach it correctly so that the Creator is always in the connection between us?
R. You are right there are seemingly good connections but without connecting to the Creator and connections that are aimed at the Creator. We still cannot really tell the difference between these but we will discover that if I long for connection with the friends and not the Creator, then these connections ultimately, not in the beginning, not in the small degrees but later on it will require correction because our correction when we long for connection but without the Creator so to speak, so that is love which is love and connection undoubtedly between everyone.
That is the correct and only altruistic tenancy and this is called the Creator. The Creator means love is still the inclination towards everyone, undoubtedly. If you put any border on it, this is his this is mine and this is yours and everyone wants to build in their own border some inner connection as we are doing in the tens by the way, for now. That is still not a whole shape and it is given to us to at least begin, inside our egoistic desires, to acknowledge what connection is and then we’ll rise above our boundaries that we have determined in the beginning, like say the ten. So from the ten’s, like we read in the Torah, then there is connection to hundreds, thousands, dozens of thousands and so on to the point of all of the people in Humanity.
23. S. (44:29) We read that Baal HaSulam writes that people have to awaken and you are talking about the situation in the world. We see what is happening and it is really gripping us. What do you do if the ego is revealed in the friends end begins to control them. Pride erupts and you feel like there is nothing you could do with it. Not like someone in the world who awakens but people like us, that are on the path, something that you cannot deal with. It grabs us, such as an eruption. It takes up all of your thoughts and desires and this governance, this domination appears, so how can we do something there if even we do not know how to handle it among ourselves?
R. First of all we have to keep in the mind or in the feeling some very small space like one pixel, one pixel that is connected to the Creator. All the rest is the will to receive, my ego where I want to dominate everyone with my view and power and everything I can but there is one pixel that connects me to the Creator where I am the created being and I am governed by the Creator and he directs me and even though I see myself now as an independent egoist, it doesn’t matter in what way, we still have to hold on to the ten, and that is something that the ten could do actually.
That is why we need it so much that we can hold on to the ten in that we are all nevertheless connected between us. All of humanity, with the Creator and he governs us and like little kids as much as we want to go out and play with whatever we have and we forget about everything else, we still keep this very thin thread that keeps us connected between us and with the Creator. I am talking about us, those who study the wisdom of Kabbalah and want you to implement it. We are in the last generation and we do not have a choice. We have to set up systems as close as possible to the last generation and that will elevate all of us together. So I understand that today and it always existed but today there is still this spirit in the world of clashes between the North, the South, the East and the West. That country, this country, it is not even following what it used to be before, which was about regimes. Today there is a deeper clash which is about the character of the nations. The character of the nations.
That the nations do not agree to accept each other the way they are rather they want to oppress each other and so we have to see that we, Bnei Baruch, are capable through our attitude towards the Creator to correct these manners. I am telling you that if all of us want it we can bring the whole world positive forces and calmness and even connection and embrace, literally, we are capable of that and there is no one else who can. This group that includes all kinds of human beings of all the shapes is capable of assuming upon itself connection above everything and in that way and specifically in that way, you probably read it in the sources, specifically this way the force of the Messiah can appear which is the force that pulls through us all of humanity from below upwards towards unity. That can happen. So I am seeing these times as dangerous and precarious as they are, and very sharp but they are also good and correct that the creator is given to us. Let us accept them correctly.
S. Can there be a situation where we see this expression externally but it is revealed internally in the connection between us? Such revelations, and we have to rise above them, work above them and pray?
R. Clearly what we see on the outside happens to us on the inside there is nothing on the outside, we know this from our perception of reality and that is it, that is how we need to work on ourselves. So the corrections are not about running throughout the world and yelling and telling everyone. First it is about correcting ourselves so that we connect more within us and as we always explain, through us the upper force that is one, through our connection as one, it will influence everyone.
24. S. (51:24) At the end of item 70 it says that they do not want to exert and understand the wisdom of Kabbalah. What does it mean to understand the wisdom of Kabbalah?
R. To understand, the main thing is the root and branch. That the Creator is the root and we are branches and how from the Creator the forces extend towards us and they become farther from each other and they appear to us as foreign different forces and we need to unify them back together to a single source, that is our main work. To bring back everything that we feel, we see, understand from the shattering or the results of the shattering, which results in many many things into a single source.
S. Should we realize what is written about understanding the wisdom of Kabbalah in a ten or through dissemination?
R. Both this and that. We can do many actions in our mind and emotion and there are some that we need to do with respect to reality, the way reality understands, which means to come out and speak and write and explain but the main thing is firstly between us to bring about connection and from connection between us connection with the Creator and that is the main part of the correction.
25. S. (53:59) If at a given moment I do not have this pixel that connects me to the Creator and something is required of me that comes to me so I ask not necessarily with words I ask for the help of the friends is this correct?
R. It is not that you don’t have the pixel. It is there you just don’t feel it. Everyone has it. There is no person in this world, like Baal HaSulam writes, it does not matter black, white, yellow, red or anyone else, it doesn’t matter. Everyone has a connection with the Creator. I’m not even talking about animals and so forth, all created beings but there is no human shaped Creature that does not have contact with the Creator. It all depends on how much he is awakened from above and how much he answers it, responds to it from below and that is what we need to try to understand and implement.
S. How important is it that it be friends from my ten?
R. We have to accept the ten and if we are incapable for some worthy reason then it is possible to move to another ten but you have to be in a ten otherwise it means that you are escaping the correction, very simple, and as much as I feel that this ten does not fit me, it is not that it does not fit me, I do not fit the ten because I have not started my personal correction. So I have to cling to them and connect to them as much as I can. That is it and not to go into all kinds of calculations that they do not fit me, I do not fit them, there’s a lack of correction here, sure. So take it and work on it. It really does not matter to you where you are, wherever you fall. Just like it says in the article about mutual guarantee that the Creator puts the person’s hand on the good fate and says take it, take it and start and do not look for excuses how not to do it.
26. S. (56:52) What is the flavor of a Mitzvah?
R. What do you mean, flavor in the sense of flavor? Or the inner shape of the commandant? The inner shape is the upper light that has to fulfill the corrected vessel and the Mitzvah itself is that we correct the Kli in order to bestow. So there is the action of the Mitzvah and there is the light of the Mitzvah. That is it. Mitzvah means an action that is entirely in order to bestow along with the upper light that will fulfill it. All of that is, as it says, the candle is the Mitzvah the Torah is the light. Torah comes from the word Ohr, light, the complete light of all of creation is referred to as the Torah.
27. S. (58:09) Why are we so weak that we cannot even ask for peace in the world?
R. Because you’re not connected. That’s your whole weakness, not connected. If you would connect and ask, you would attain everything.
S. Why is it specifically that those who are focused on the practical part of the Torah are causing the spirit of the Messiah to disappear?
R. Because it’s opposite to what needs to happen. They don’t care about love between people and then with Humanity. They are just engaged in doing external actions. Everything externally. Based on the clock, the day’s calendar and so on. Not the heart which requires correction each and every moment and all the corrections are required for connections between everyone because the Creator to begin with shattered the will to receive into many pieces. So all of our corrections, the commandant that’s up to us to do, is the connection between all the pieces so the Mitzvot, the commandments that the creator gives, are about correction that’s it.
So those who do external connection instead of internal connection which means just doing some actions, in a multitude of people are something else, it doesn’t mean they are working on the correction of the world. So there is a Torah which refers to the behavior of people, that is either internal or external. Internal are those concerned with correcting the heart so that the heart connects with all of the other hearts, and externality means to care about external actions. What’s important is just to follow them. Accordingly pride increases in the externality, and the opposite shape appears in those who engage in the inner work. These are two forms that will still have to be seen, just how opposite they are and how they have to draw part. This is still ahead of us but everything will happen in its time.
28. S. (01:01:33) According to what is written, it seems like there is nothing we can do, even a prayer doesn’t help and those who try and dedicate their time it still doesn’t help, so what does help?
R. What have you done?
S. What?
R. What have you done? You said it is not helping, I am asking what you have done?
S. I’m trying to do….?
R. I’m not asking what you’re trying to do, what did you do, what needs to be done and it still didn’t help? Check yourself carefully and see, all that we’re facing is the laws of nature, the Creator is nature, the laws of nature. If you want to change yourself according to Nature, then you’re given advice for how to make yourself compatible with nature. Nature means the Creator. So if you can adapt yourself then go ahead and do it if you don’t want to keep doing whatever you want. That’s it. But check whether day-by-day you are getting closer to what nature, that is the Creator which is all one, and completely interconnected across all the pieces, are you coming closer to that shape, that form and in front of you is the group. Can you say that from day-to-day you are getting closer to them. That you understand at least that form of closeness.
S. It feels like we’re trying each day but it feels like sometimes you can’t, you can’t pray.
R. Okay, okay, that needs to happen as well in order to examine and measure our state correctly.
S. So is that part of the work as well? These states?
R. Of course, you haven’t read that before?
29. S. (01:04:25) it is written here that way we read, that it makes you afraid that the spirit leaves and will not return to the world. So what does it mean that it will not return to the world?
R. The spirit of the Messiah refers to the upper force that pulls us towards the final correction, and that spirit works on us and we nevertheless advance and it works on us especially when we come together and do actions towards that spirit, wanting to attract all of humanity after us. If we leave our work, the next spirit goes away from the world, and the world then descends to the degree of a beast. Which means beside food, sex, family, money, honor, power, knowledge people are not going to be inclined towards anything else. That’s why he says the spirit of Messiah is the force that pulls us from corporeality to spirituality and it might depart now of course it will come back but who knows how many years or the thousands of years and how much suffering will be required. Hopefully we’re on the way and keeping the spirit of Messiah and even increasing it.
30. S. (01:06:24) We understood that we have a huge responsibility to keep the spirit of Messiah in the world, so on the practical way what is man’s daily duty to retain the spirit of Messiah?
R. To always care about the connection between us, how much we can shape it correctly and that’s it. Always care about the unity of the group, each one in his ten and between the tens as we’re studying together and doing things together nothing else.
31. S. (01:07:17) What does it mean to make the Torah dry?
R. That we don’t demand from the Torah anything besides what we need to do externally, without any moisture of inner reason and knowledge. Meaning without any inclination to acknowledge the giver of the Torah.
S. Even the best ones among them are learning to improve their corporeal actions without the right intention.
R. Right.

R. This is the point in the heart, that a person longs to know his maker.

R. He is not hearing you because He wants to hear you in a way that you are connected, and that you’re asking for what’s necessary, for the correct thing. Not like a child that is yelling and screaming that he wants something and you don’t want to give it to him, because to you it is clear that it will harm him. Obviously it will harm him, so what do you do? Do you give it or not? Well let him shout, let him come down gradually, he’ll grow wiser, he will better know what he needs to ask for and then he’ll get it. R. Yes, that “the nations of the world take Israel on their shoulders” meaning that the nations of the world are these desires that are aimed in all different directions but not towards the Creator. So, all of these desires then are willing and ready, and to help those desires that are directed towards the Creator, that aspire for the Creator; these are called “the nations of the world”. These are the desires that exist in each and every person and they exist in each and also in that person there’s an inclination called Israel; an inclination to connect with the Creator. So, all these desires will eventually connect in such a way that they will help that small inclination to the Creator for it to act actually, and to pull the entire world, all of these egoistic desires to pull them to the Creator too, and then they will get their correction. Rav re-reads and explains item 71: (01:53:38) The reason for their words is as we’ve explained in item 71 that when all of those who engage in the Torah degrade their own internality, and the internality of the Torah. Meaning even those that are engaged in somehow belong to the Torah, they don’t talk and don’t think about how to advance to the Creator, how from love of man to come to love of the Creator. That this is something that they disregard, degrade, and as it says that there is no need for it, that there is no need to come closer to the Creator or to correct man, and this is something that they are engaged in at a time that is neither day or night, and everything else. This is all religions, methods, beliefs, etc etc. They are in it like blind people searching the wall. Meaning that they don’t understand and don’t feel what this is about, what kind of correction are we talking about here? That by this they increase their own externality, meaning the benefit of their own bodies, the will to receive leave and also they regard the externality of the Torah as higher than the internality of the Torah.
Meaning that the main thing for them is to perform different external actions and to leave the inner actions and, then by these actions they make all the forms of externality in the world, everything that there is in the world in general; food, sex, family, money, honor, knowledge. They make all forms of externality in the world overpower all the parts of internality in the world, each according to its essence. Meaning every external thing becomes more important to everyone then the inner thing, why? Because those that are engaged in the Torah are engaged in the externality instead of the internality
1. The externality in the whole of Israel meaning the nations of the world in them overpowers and revokes the internality in the whole of Israel, who are those who are great in the Torah. Meaning they cancel, they are not engaged in the Wisdom of Kabbalah. 2. Also, the externality in the nations of the world, that destructors among them intensifying and revoked the internality among them, the righteous of the nations of the world. Meaning they start disregarding those who are engaged in the Wisdom of Kabbalah and respect only those that study other things.
Additionally the externality of the entire world being the nations of the world intensify and revoke the children of Israel who are the internality of the world. Meaning it’s no longer what they’re engaged in, it’s not their intentions but it’s they, themselves, they come to those who according to history according to the order of things, that are supposed to be engaged in the internality of the Torah and they are not; then comes disregard. R. That we’re talking about our correction; how important it is in order to correct Kli of Adam HaRishon and that we need to ask for this correction, we need to ask the Creator for this direction. That it’s not that bad that we discovered that we can and it’s not that bad if we discover that we hate each other, that we reject each other, that in every given moment we forget about it. But, the main thing is while we are not supporting each other in order to all the time turn as much as we can together to the Creator and ask for correction; we can not be corrected but by Him. First of all to understand that if something happens in the world we are to blame, actually we are to blame because we were given the opportunity to connect and demand the Creator, demand the correction of the world from the Creator. S. Is it our responsibility as a ten?
R. We are responsible for all; me and my ten and our general vessel and this is towards broader and broader circles. Let’s say, I towards the ten, and ten towards the entire Bnei Baruch, and Bnei Baruch towards humanity all together; and humanity all together together with all still vegetative and animate that we can still take to ourselves, everyone. Because they are incorporated in us towards the Creator. This is how we, all together, are responsible towards the Creator for the correction of the world. R Yes. The people of Israel are those who have an inclination towards the revelation of the Creator. We need to demand these corrections in the correct way. Each of us remainders should take upon himself, heart and soul, to henceforth intensify the internality of the Torah.
Meaning the Wisdom of Kabbalah which speaks about how to get to connection and from the connection between us reach the connection with the Creator, and give it its rightful place according to its merit over the externality of the Torah. Then, each and every one of us will be rewarded with, Since we will do this, the main thing will be connection between us and with the Creator and nothing else. Then, each and every one of us will be rewarded with intensifying his own internality, meaning the Israel within him, which is the needs of the soul over his own externality, which is the nations of the world within him, being the needs of the body. And then if we do that within us and sort things in this way, what is needed for the soul comes first and what the body needs is later, and that force will come to the whole of Israel as well meaning that in each and every one it is and also around there are those who yearn this way but not to the same intensity, that they have such an inclination. We can see that around us there are many thousands of people but they’re not quite like us in the corrections. Until the nations of the world within us, meaning where in each of us, they’re also desires called the nations of the world, recognize and acknowledge the merit of the great sages of Israel over them and will listen to them and obey them. Meaning that they are in each of us a Godly part from above called Israel, direct to the Creator, and there are desires that do not belong to that.
So we need for each and every one to raise the level that connects that desire, that desire that connects with the Creator, raise that above all the other desires and this force will also touch all of Israel and also the internality of the nations of the world who are the righteous of the nations of the world. We have all those desires also which are willing to join somewhat to that inclination towards the Creator, will overpower and submit the externality which are the destructors. Meaning they will understand how much they need to isolate themselves from all those egoistic desires and the internality of the world to which are Israel, those inclinations towards connection with the Creator, will rise in all their merit and virtue over the externality of the world who are the nations.
Then all the nations of the world will recognize and acknowledge Israel’s merit over them. Meaning all the desires in each and everyone and every person throughout humanity will have such a clarity that when we connect between them in such a way that they are connected to the Creator, that is in each and everyone, it doesn’t matter who the person is. If he has such an inclination, such a line, a direction, then we will rise all the way to the degree of the end of the correction. Why? As it is written, it will take place where the people, meaning all the desires in each and every one, will support the adhesion to the Creator and will bring to their place and the house of Israel will possess them in the land of the Lord.
Meaning that everyone will join and connect to that intention that we are talking about which is in order to bestow between us and between us to the Creator and they will bring your sons in their arms and your daughters will be carried on their shoulders. We will all take all the vessels of reception, all the vessels of bestowal, we will connect them all together and raise them in what we call the mountain of the Lord, the degree of the Creator. And in this connection specifically, meaning in this Zohar composition, through this composition which is the book of Zohar, they will redeem from the exile to the Mercy because in this book it’s specifically talking about how we come to this connection and reach the end of correction through it. Okay we completed the introduction to the book of Zohar.
75. S. (2:12:52) When we shape our request, connect us or connect us in order for us to be like you, or something like that, so these prayers are like pre-made. Instead of connecting us in advance in our first ask, for you to correct and connect the whole of creation and fulfill it, that we will be able to ask for that, it is like only this prayer is what is the prayer that turns us into a kind of conduit, adapter?
R. I will tell you, it’s not important how we ask as long as we nevertheless ask. It’s like a baby when he comes and he nudges and he wants this and that and he doesn’t care, he’s jumping from one place to another from one thing, one thing to another and all he sees he wants. As long as we constantly connect ourselves to the Creator and demand from Him and our prayers whether they will be right or not right like you are in doubt right now whether to ask this way or that way it is not important as long as you ask. Constantly try to connect yourself with the ten and from it connect, from within it, meaning you are already asking for something that you are establishing in a way that’s somewhat collectively, general, and to the Creator it is not important, the more you turn to him he fills everything. 76. S. (2:15:16) More than eighty years went by since Baal HaSulam wrote these troubling words about the remembrance that remained after everything, that history might repeat itself, etc. etc. How can we make these words penetrate our hearts if they are so deaf?
