Reading Peace in the World “Scrutinies and inquiries..” (00:18)

1. R. (00:48) Yes, this is a great problem, peace in the world, we see that as much as humanity develops if you can really say that they progress but it goes through times and through states so the problem of peace in the world reveals itself as a greater and greater one. How do we reach peace? Because once we could just finish ourselves off and that’s it, it’s a small planet, our minds are small, our egos are big, and if we could stop ourselves in the last moment before destruction.

3. S. (05:17) It says’ any observation in the work of creation is enough to teach us about the greatness and perfection of its Operator’, What does it mean any observation of the work of creation that brings us to such an awareness? What kind of observation is that?

R. Observation that we see that we are acts within the creation and not of man, that the whole of creation is organized in a form of a complete system, where each part holds the other. Even though it seems to us that there are some unjust acts or unnecessary acts, incomplete acts, etc.. As you can see that everything is built and it is found in the form of a system, and other than that we are in the beginning or middle of the development of creation so who knows what will happen afterwards. It seems that we need to go through another few stages in order to participate with in order to express the creation and see that it is different to how we perceive it today.

4. S. (07:03) He says, ‘that’s why we should understand they must be very careful when casting a flaw on any item of creation, saying it’s redundant and superfluous as that would be slander against his Operator ‘. I want to ask you, we live in this country and you see all this mess in life here and even here in the Ten we have this mess but I have to keep silent and say it’s seen this bad and everything is okay and not say anything. Is that what he’s saying here?

R. No.

S. Instead?

R. It doesn’t relate to you at all.

S. Who is he speaking to?

R. He relates to people who wish to understand what is the system that we are in and how we can see it correctly. That is all even if we are in the middle of the path and in the middle of development and don’t show a fool the work in the process of its creation but you can say that we still do not understand the creation.

R. That we are in a gradual development and therefore, that is how we need to determine our state.

S. I need to bring it to my life? I need to use what he’s writing here? What is he writing this for? Do I need to use it?

R. He says that you are in a process where nature which is around you and inside you develops and you must learn it in making a calculation that it is all in the middle of its development.

S. I understand but how should I relate to my everyday life? How do I relate to what he is writing here? It was 100 years ago.

R. That everyone is in the middle of development, in the process of development, it’s not exactly the middle, it’s the process of development and we thus, cannot determine what we see and feel, that we encounter, and that’s what needs to be it, it’s still development.

S. Okay but we live here in this world how should we behave?

R. That we are in a developmental process and so we need to learn that process and try to understand it and maybe change it and help it.

S. We have to get you to a state where it says here, ” we need to bless the Creator for every sense of good and bad,” everything is good. Is that what he’s saying?

R. It’s not all good, to the extent in which we start recognizing development. We can start agreeing with it that otherwise it is impossible to bring the creation to the peak of wholeness.

S. I got it okay.

R. No, you need to understand that even in the current state that you curse, it’s still a state that you need to be in and you need to go through it as it is.

S. Meaning to see the bad and the good in order to appreciate it?

R. Perhaps it’s bad and it’s current feeling and good in the future that will come.

S. But you need to know how to receive it, you need to live with it?

R. I have to live with it.

S. Certainly to accept it?

R. Certainly to accept it.

5. S. (11:16) I have to change my view of reality? Meaning according to Baal HaSulam’s writing I have to change my view?

R. Certainly it only talks about our outlook on reality.

S. My view of reality can be that I understand that the fruit is not ripe yet, or I say that I am not ripe and the fruit is ripe? What’s correct?

R. One depends on the other, because you only see according to your development you don’t see the true world.

S. I have to connect to the question, there is a personal end of correction and a general end of correction, we see on a certain level of development, so you see as this world is still uncorrected and Baal HaSulam saw this world is uncorrected even though he saw he was at the end of correction, so there’s a distinction between the two?

R. Yes.

S. How to correctly see when I need to correct myself and when we need to perform any acts towards the world that’s uncorrected?

R. That will come to you gradually throughout the corrections.

6. S. (13:13) Is the size of the bad, the form of development, the Achishena or is it the same bad that has to be revealed?

R. Bad needs to grow in order to show us how incomplete we still are. That is all.

7. R. (16:08) Here there are a few questions we need to scrutinize, not now even as much as the pace of development depends on us, as much as we can join ourselves to development in the pace of development and what happens with those things that surface as disturbing and interfering, and harmful, etc.

8. S. (16:50) Who are the world reformers and what is the attitude of cleansing every corrupt part? What is that attitude?

R. That’s an approach that we human beings want if there is something bad to eradicate it to destroy, remove it, erase it.

S. Today at least, the attitude is there’s room for everything.

R. That’s how they speak with words.

S. If no one has the place to say this is not good and everything is, meaning the confusion is inverted, the evil does everything it wants because everything is accepted, it’s as if there are no more world reformers seemingly?

R. No, here everyone wants to correct the world, everyone in every place, that’s our nature.

S. What is this nature? Meaning, what does it mean to eradicate it?

R. We’re not speaking about Napoleon, I’m speaking about what we see in our lives. Everybody relates to their lives in a way where they feel they can correct the world. As much as they are capable, if he had more abilities he would invert the whole world.

S. In himself and others, meaning to eradicate?

R. Give anyone the opportunity and they will be King of the world, as if they know what to do but they just don’t let him and we see that especially in members of Parliament. There each one is ready to fix things.

9. S. (19:15) What is the meaning of peace? Is it the opposite of war or something that lacks war?

R. No, peace speaks about complementarity. Where all of the extremes we see them as necessary in order for us to correctly connect them according to a special formula and then we will reach completion which is called peace.

S. We don’t want to, how do you use the haters? Everyone around the world that they are all in a state of hate towards others, is it only our work? To cover their hate with our work? Is it our work to cover their hate with our work, with our love?

R. I don’t know what you’re intending, we need to reach a state where each and every person will understand that in order to achieve peace, it requires self-correction and then he would see reality correctly and a correct approach and thus, we will achieve peace. Otherwise, the opposers and resistors of peace will always wish to destroy, as you see that there are those shouting against democracy and those who are shouting against peace and these ones are shouting against those etc., etc.. Each one shouts against the others.
