TIKKUN RACHEL:

Psalms Chapter 137 תְּהִלִּים

2 Upon the willows in the midst thereof we hanged up our harps.

Psalms Chapter 79 תְּהִלִּים

יא  תָּבוֹא לְפָנֶיךָ, אֶנְקַת אָסִיר:    כְּגֹדֶל זְרוֹעֲךָ–הוֹתֵר, בְּנֵי תְמוּתָה.

CONCLUSION OF TIKKUN RACHEL:

Isaiah Chapter 52 יְשַׁעְיָהוּ

ב הִתְנַעֲרִי מֵעָפָר קוּמִי שְּׁבִי, יְרוּשָׁלִָם; התפתחו (הִתְפַּתְּחִי) מוֹסְרֵי צַוָּארֵךְ, שְׁבִיָּה בַּתצִיּוֹן. {ס}

2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem; loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion. {S}

TIKKUN LEAH:

Psalms Chapter 111 תְּהִלִּים

י  רֵאשִׁית חָכְמָה, יִרְאַת יְהוָה–    שֵׂכֶל טוֹב, לְכָל-עֹשֵׂיהֶם;
תְּהִלָּתוֹ,    עֹמֶדֶת לָעַד.

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all they that do thereafter; {N}
His praise endureth for ever. {P}
