SHACHARIT שַחֲרִית MORNING PRAYER and The 7th Tefilat HaAmidah תפילת העמידה  of Shemoneh Esreh (שמנה עשרה‎) The Prayer of Eighteen Sefirot.

Our generation is the generation of the days
