1. Rav’s Introduction: Yes, this is a very important topic, the most important I would say so let’s approach it directly, seriously. And also the article there is None Else Besides Him is the first article in The Book of Shamati as Baal HaSulam was speaking and Rabash passed it over to us. So let’s hear this and try to grow stronger. There is None Else Besides Him which is our primary topic.
Reading 1 (00:56)
2. R. (02:23) This is basically what Rabash passes on to us from the Baal HaSulam.This excerpt first of all is the essential one that aims us to as single-purpose, a single cause, a single force, the reason for everything that happens to us, and where we should constantly aim ourselves. That besides the Creator there is no other force in the world that did, does, and will do all the deeds that are happening to each one of us and to all of us together.
There is only one force that is operating and we are inside of it and the primary thing we need to do is not to lose our connection and our direction toward Him. If anything happens in each and every moment it’s all from Him and if we intend for something it is all only for Him, then we are not confused and we reach the goal correctly. That the goal is that that force from which everything emerges, that place that we have to aim ourselves to be felt in us that we have a grip on Him, that we are constantly connected to Him, complete adhesion, that is all. The entire wisdom of Kabbalah is actually arranging us to us the whole approach to that. Everything that the Kabbalists are talking about is the system of how from the Creator’s forces emerge and come to us and how we can grasp these forces and respond back to the Creator and in the middle between us and the Creator there is the society, love of friends.
That if we study and if we correctly establish the relations between us then in this way we come closer and closer to the Creator. And it turns out that the Creator is hidden, is not understood by us, instead he is revealed inside of the love of friends. As much as we establish correctly our connection with others, with the whole of nature with the still, vegetative and animate but mostly with the speaking, then in the same way, in the same direction, in the same intensity we eventually reach love for the Creator, connection with the Creator and his revelation.
3. S. (06:05) He writes here the right hand brings closer, the left rejects..
R. The Kabbalist feels on himself states that draw him to the Creator and states that reject him from the Creator. There are many other states, all kinds which are all together confusing so that he forgets about the Creator, about the goal, about everything. But if he correctly sorts everything that happens to him in life then eventually he can divide it into two forces, one that pulls him to the Creator and forces that reject him from the Creator.
Then he has to see how does he strengthen himself in order to be constantly in this direction towards the Creator. And here the most important is building the society, there is nothing else that can help him to grow stronger in this but only the society which he builds. And the entire ten which is in the correct connection, where each one helps his friend, this is how they are building the template that is directed towards the revelation of the Creator. Then they have confidence, they have a force to advance towards that goal. On what do they advance? Upon the fact that the Creator himself is constantly rejecting them and confusing them, bringing them to be in all kinds of states that are opposite to attaining Him.
They in their little society in the ten actually want to connect and grow stronger and to aim towards Him. Then the Creator gives them the force of rejection, from Him emerges the coarseness that we have in us as it is written I created the evil inclination. It’s not creation all at once, it’s all the time, every day as it is written renewing the act of Bereshit, Genesis, creation. Between us we need each and every day to renew our acts of bestowal and love between us and towards the Creator. Then it turns out that seemingly we have a struggle, a fight and in the end the Creator says my sons defeated me. That He each time created states that are opposite to connection to unity and we overcome that, and we reach connection and unity.
So it turns out that we rise for eternity in an independent manner just like the Creator and His whole role is to establish for us some kind of a facility, let’s call it the whole of reality, all of the worlds. They are a facility where we can express our connection and our bestowal even though the get from the whole of reality, from this facility that the Creator created which is the Broken Soul of Adam HaRishon, we receive from it actually the opposite. The opposite meaning rejection, a great confusion, disappointment, weakness and so on. But above everything we need to realize that there dwells that force of there is None Else Besides Him and He is managing these things both for and against, and we need to be all the time connected and adhered to Him.
S. This force of rejection and drawing nearer is it one force that is comes from the source and is divided into two directions and providences?
R. There are many forces but mostly it’s for and against seemingly good and bad, and you cannot have one without the other because otherwise we would not be able to distinguish what is good or bad or anything really. We as created beings can only feel something upon something that is opposite, something and it’s opposite. And this is why we must constantly sharpen within us the sensitivity to these two opposite things so that when they connect we want to bring them to their summary, to their bottom line which is the Creator from whom these two forces emerge.
4. S. (12:36) In our prayers we request from the Creator to increase the lacks of the friends in order that they will be filled with joy and love to serve the Creator.
R. There is no devil. There are no forces that are against the Creator instead all of these forces awaken from Him in order for us to establish Him in the right way, that is all.
5. S. (13:32) So growing stronger and there is None Else Besides Him from what I have heard until now we have to first hold onto the vessel that there is None Else Besides Him, right? So where to focus on the vessel or what needs to be in it? If there is None Else Besides Him what needs to be revealed?
R. There is None Else Besides Him that means that I meticulously collect all of the sources, all of the phenomena that are revealed to me. That they only belong to a single a root until in the end I discover that indeed there is None Else Besides Him and this root is revealed in its complete form.
S. So while a person still hasn’t revealed in his senses that there is None Else Besides Him from all the sources, what does it mean to hold on to it?
R. Nevertheless to try to connect everything that happens to him to a single source, to a single source. And then bit by bit the person will be able to add to it all kinds of states, bad and good of various kinds so that in his life there is no more than a single force. That through all of these pictures, all of these phenomena which he recognises as this world the Creator operates on the person. And the person behind all of the still, vegetative, animate and speaking identifies only a single root which is managing his life in this way.
S. The same addition from the determination of the state that one force manages my life and I am starting to get closer to them and feel that it is so. What is the first step to grasp onto it and start getting to it more emotionally?
R. To accept that this is so even though you do not feel it or discover it and to try to work towards that. That in each and everything that happens you want to see the action of that single force, the one unique and unified good who does good.
S. What do lack from that state? OK I heard that it is so, I heard that there is one good force that manages my state though I don’t reveal yet that He is one and He is good that does good.
R. This depends on you and on your ten as much as you know how to establish yourselves together and to aim yourselves. If you with your ten direct yourselves in this way towards a single force, a single cause for everything that is happening to you, in the end it’s also the good who does good for sure. And there is none Else Besides Him in that there are no other obstructions here, instead it is the Creator Himself who is placing these puppets before you. And through them He is managing your reality in order to confuse you more and more, like in sports to bring you more and more difficulties, challenges, all kinds of burdenings in order for you to rise above them, and learn. So eventually you’ll learn the Creator from them.
S. How to overcome this dissonance seemingly between that? From the first determination that there is None Else Besides Him now to reveal it I have to connect to my friends in the ten. There is seemingly no immediate connection between the two.
R. In order to discover that there is None Else Besides Him you arrange a ten so that if the entire ten tries to be aimed toward the same goal, then you in your common effort grasp that there is None Else Besides Him in your resolution as much as possible.
S. In our mutual effort to do what?
R. To discover Him.
S. Between the connection between us and there is None Else Besides Him what is the connection?
R. That you want in your connection to build this concept of one so that this one concept will be directed to there is None Else Besides Him and as much as you can in your efforts be one. As much as you can be in it as one by this you reach a state where there is None Else Besides Him begins to be revealed.
6. S. (19:36) I wanted to get your advice. We are always talking about that we cannot really see reality and we are learning all the time how to work and reveal this unity through our understanding of our private, limited reality. And in order to express this new sensation in the point of the heart, can this open up for us some additional tendency to the right? We’re beginning to see the relations between the words and sensations and we’re looking for the connection in the center of the ten.
A person starts to reveal that there is some state which we cannot see. We are created for this work of finding the one between us? My question: is our awareness a mixture of two forces? That we need to bring this third force of there is None Else Besides Him? That He is revealed when we meet and discover the root, this is the purpose of our work?
R. Yes this is the purpose that out of the fact that two forces eventually reach us we want to choose the middle line, and about this it is written in many of our sources.
7. S. (21:58) The reward for the action called rising above reason, where do I receive such a reward?
R. The revelation of the Creator? Above all the calculations, obstructions, the work, the efforts. Everything that we do, the revelation of the Creator, He is actually the gift that we get.
8. S. (22:34) How do we go from ascribing all events that come to us to there is None Else Besides Him to also reach seeing it as the good that does good?
R. That already depends on a direction. The fact that He is good and doing good that is to begin with, but because we are corrupted to the extent that we are constantly making an effort to get closer to the Creator, to discover Him, this revelation is only possible through the connection between us.
As much as we connect it ends up that on the one side there is the person, on the other side there is the Creator and in the middle there has to be the ten. The created being that connects himself to the ten as one man with one heart, by this he reaches and identifies the Creator. So it is not that a person by himself reaches the Creator, adhering to Him, that is impossible, only to the extent that he connects, he dilutes himself, he adheres to the ten.
S. To the extent he adheres in the ten he begins to see that there is None Else Besides Him?
R. Yes.
S. And when does he reach that He’s good that does good?
R. Along with that to the same extent he also starts detecting the Creator as good who does good. There is None Else Besides Him, this is because he became incorporated with the friends and this is why that same force becomes one for him.
S. And when the person sees that he is artificially ascribing everything to one source is that the same thing? A person feels that he has things that pass over him, states, and he tries to ascribe them all to one source. Is that the same thing?
R. No, he cannot reach the revelation of the Creator if it does not come out of himself and connect with others. With which vessels will he discover the Creator? If he does not connect with others even to some extent it’s impossible. Because the Creator to begin with when He creates He creates one Adam, a system. He does not create a single person He creates a system of forces, ten not nine, ten not eleven. So if the person doesn’t reach at least some of the ten then he doesn’t have a spiritual vessel.
S. SoI don’t have to search for None Else Besides Him, I just need to search for the ten?
R. But what do you need a ten for?
S. In order to reveal that there is None Else Besides Him.
R. Exactly so. This is why it is called from the love of people to the love of Creator. That connection with people, with the ten has to be in the middle, this is your vessel. First you need to make a vessel, a ten and then inside this ten you discover the Creator.
9. S. (26:39) When you teach us that the Creator created the evil inclination in us, does He place it in us so that each time we will have to overcome it? Or that it will also make the determination for us if we don’t overcome it?
R. If you don’t do it then we will see forces that will obligate us nevertheless to do the work. But these will already be forces of judgment instead of forces of mercy. We will nevertheless come closer to the purpose of creation but in the form of blows.
10. S. (27:52) Rabash says that we have things in the world that reject us from the direct path. So what about our ego?
R. Our ego is inside of that as the primary force, yes. The desire called the ego is what rejects us from the Creator because it exists in us as the opposite of the Creator.
11. S. (28:41) What is the reason..?
R. I do not know, and also what I do know it’s not important because these are matters of psychology not Kabbalah. Later on it will all become clear to you and there is nothing serious in that. Just stay with what we are studying and then in a realistic manner you’ll discover reality both from the side of the vessel and also from the side of the light that is dressed within the vessel.
12. S. (29:26) Do we need to reach a point called we will do and we will hear?
R. Yes.
13. S. (29:41) Through love of friends we’re always hearing about the balance between two forces. How do we keep this intensity of connection between us and the Creator? The intensity is something that is constantly changing so how to keep the balance in this intensity in order to feel it more and more?
R. You are right, that is a question. This is the primary problem, that we constantly need to be in a connection between us and with the Creator and all the time to focus and tighten this connection.
Reading 2 (30:24 – 32:47) twice
14. S. (33:06) Where do we find this point, where is man’s point of effort if everything is done by the Creator?
R. The point of the person, you are right, is in that the person should get to know from the opposite point where he does not know the Creator, he doesn’t feel him, he doesn’t understand him, he should come closer and get it, to know and understand and feel the Creator. This is the point of the person, then he is called a human, Adam, to the extent he starts to attain his origin, the Creator, accordingly he is called Adam, human, and he determines his own degree. If he’s not in contact, connected to the attainment of the Creator, he’s not called Adam because he has not established himself in his internality, like the Creator, so that he can feel the Creator.
To the extent that the person builds himself out of his own qualities to become similar to the Creator, he feels the Creator; we build the Creator inside of us, this is about it is written ‘you have made Me’. And according to that we inside of us that image which they put together through our senses, through our forces, which to begin with are opposite to the Creator. That we arrange them together and we build from them a system of bestowal and then by that we begin to know what we did, what we built, and this is what we call, Creator, Bo Reh, Come and See. This is how we do it.
15. S. (35:19) How can we use the bad sensations that we receive from the Creator and get a reward for it?
R. I do not think we get any bad feeling from the Creator but rather it seems to us it is bad and it is a sign that we have to correct it; but it is not that in, itself, it is bad but rather we feel it as bad according to how much we do not equalize with this feeling. The moment you begin to see this feeling, that it comes to you specifically from the Creator, then you discover upon this feeling, connection with the Creator and it becomes good and there is no bad in the world. Eventually this is what you have to discover.
S. Another question, in my sensation I feel that a bad sensation, let’s say that comes from the friends, we feel a cold feeling from them, that they’re rejecting us?
R. This is how the Creator is playing through the friends, He’s playing with each one through the structure of Adam in the group in order to awaken them to turn themselves and to correct them so that bad things that one sees in society, he will turn them or turn himself in such a way that he will see the society’s attitude towards him as good.
S. This is the hardest sensation, the ego here is like the most lost, what to do?
R. Well, we’re not talking about the ego, in the end, thanks to it, we actually reach connection. As much as it seems that it is resisting and does not want it, say thanks to it and make a change.
16. S. (37:30) It is written here, “one who exerts not to separate, not to part from faith in the Creator, is awarded even when he tastes a bad taste in Providence”, what is ‘faith in the Creator’ here, is that a feeling, some opinion, a view?
R. Connection as much as possible, for now this is enough.

(40:18) Yes, meaning in all times, in all states we need to be adhered in there is None Else besides Him, that He is Good that does good and only from Him everything comes, and only towards Him we need to be directed, aimed and all the things we have in the middle, seemingly, that we have still, vegetative, animate, speaking, that are bothering us in something, standing between us and the Creator, all this in sum total, is the Creator arranging for us in order to be directed to Him in a manner that is as tight as possible.
18. S. (41:06) If a “bad” comes to me, evil in form of a person, a dangerous situation, and I remember there is the Creator, there is None Else besides Him and He gives me strength and confidence; that altogether I also remember that I have a strong force which is my ten and the world Kli, and our Rav. Then the situation changes but if I constantly hold on to this, it turns out that this evil becomes something good and pleasant like a pet instead of harming me. Is this a correct approach?
R. Your approach is not correct, being that you are still not in spirituality, you must relate to the state as you are in it and not that it seems to you now. You are not allowed to just think, “ah, there is None Else besides Him” and nothing else, because you are not in those actual sensations in your qualities, you need to be on the ground, feet on the ground. Although, despite there is None Else besides Him but I am still not in that, I am still in the sensation of the corporeal world. And thus I am getting influences from the friends and all the human beings and all that evil that comes to me from all sorts of a few more people. I am not impressed by that.
I don’t see beyond them that the Creator standing in a clear, revealed manner and thus I have to relate to everything that’s happening according to my attainment, in accordance to my attainment. So it is forbidden for me just to throw everything and say that there is None Else besides Him, I won’t do anything. No, I need to put up with all of these corporeal states that are revealed, although that I can say together with that that the Creator is standing behind them, but together with that I need to put up with what I have, I need to deal with what I have. To truly see these people who are coming up against me, to see them clearly, yes, there is nothing you can do. Until you don’t rise to a state which is already in the spiritual world with all of yourself then you see and reveal actively that you have a struggle with spiritual forces only.
19. S. (44:57) The restriction and screen, is this helping us in discovering, revealing Him?
R. Of course.
S. Do we do it on the basis of a deficiency that we get from the Creator?
R. Correct.
S. And the reflected light, is the deficiency we bring back to the Creator?
R. The reflected light is what we want to return to the Creator from our parts, as much as we want to bestow to the Creator, that is called the reflected light.
20. S. (46:20) How can we imagine future states for His sake?
R. That I am always directing myself to connection through the ten to the Creator that it turns out that in such a manner I get closer to Him I ascribe all my actions and thoughts to Him. The Creator’s concealed but there is a ten before us in front of us and we need to do and everything within it until we reveal the Creator within it, to the extent we aim ourselves correctly to the ten we suddenly reveal in the ten the image of the Creator that He includes the ten that He incorporates the ten.
21. S. (47:19) I don’t feel the Creator. When I focus on the ten and I want it to happen.
R. If you’ll continue this way that you want to feel the Creator in the ten and you make an effort to connect to the ten you’ll reach the sensation of the Creator you’ll reveal Him there it will take some time but continue and you will see.
22. S. (48:18) You said that we can discover the Creator between us but I still don’t understand how something that is born as the evil inclination and has such a strong inclination towards that can invent or bring from within itself something that’s so good like the Creator.
R. This you will see that He intentionally made something opposite from Himself in order to give us an opportunity to be incorporated from good and bad, two opposite forms, and then we can truly live in a reality which is objective and independent of anything to be free people and that’s what He wanted to do and that’s what He has did and thus all of his work mainly is this that He created the evil inclination. Is that clear?
23. S. (49:55) In the previous excerpt we read it’s written that one who feels bad yet to the same extent denied of the Creator’s guidance lies upon him the superior operator is concealed from him to the extent this is the greatest punishment in the world. It seems that besides that when someone advances towards the Creator we should feel Him as good as more and more good each time, isn’t it so?
R. We can feel ourselves better or worse according to how much we are either in concealment or in revelation, that’s what is happening with us.
24. S. (51:00) Is bestowing to the Creator equivalent or similar to integration with the friends, completely connecting and subjugating to the friends, is this equivalent to bestowing to the Creator?
R. No, that’s just the means. Annulment to the friends connection with the friends that’s all correct but it’s not enough this that we’re nullifying and connecting with the friends from this we need to reach bestowing to the Creator that’s an additional step that’s called from love of the created beings to love of the Creator and then we can already begin to give bestow to the Creator.
25. S. (51:56) The image of the Creator during the revelation, is it felt by all of the friends in the ten or according to the measure of their incorporation in the connection?
R. According to how much we are connected between such we can reveal the Creator.
26. S. (52:25) You always explain to us that in this world men and women with respect to the Creator they’re all women, a will to receive, but there are women with a masculine logic that they work according to logic and there are men who work according to their emotions, does that have anything to do with their spiritual root?
R. There is no difference between men and women. We need each one from his nature to reach connection with the others and through them with the Creator period, everything else is philosophy and psychology.
27. S. (53:20) In the first excerpt he writes that rejections bring one to a complete need and desire for the Creator’s help, here in this excerpt he writes that one should use faith above reason, is there a difference between the two of them?
R. It all depends on what a person’s status is both in rejection from himself the attainment of the vessels of bestowal or reception so there are differences, of course there are differences. It also depends on his nature not just the will to receive rather the will to receive each and every one of us is different and accordingly we reveal the Creator in all of reality in different forms until they all connect more and more that ultimately we’ll reveal all of reality as one generality then reveal all the worlds in all of universe not just in our universe but everything that the Creator created, our universe here is just some small black point there.
28. S. (54:53) There is this concept that we have in our thought that if one goes through a difficult or unpleasant situation I say yes, I feel this is a result because I did not make enough efforts in connection and if the situation is pleasant I tell myself that maybe I made enough effort in the connection is this correct?
R. It is 100% correct.
29. S. (55:23) The concept of the Creator, I need to relate to Him as the Merkvah, the assembly of the ten, qualities of the friends and as the quality of love only that?
R. Ten people when they connect they connect to a whole reality just the extent of their wholeness is very small and there are additional tens and additional tens and additional tens that in sum total how much they accumulate together they’re enlarging themselves in quantity and quality but really in one ten you can attain everything like the ten of the Rabbi Shimon they reached the end of connect correction although it was only a ten right, where’s the rest of humanity of them or in general, rather that’s sufficient to reach the wholeness that pinpointed wholeness and all the rest we will all reveal together at the end of connection.
S. This means the revelation of the Creator, quote unquote, is to reach, to attain the quality that connect all the parts of this puzzle?
R. Yes revelation of the Creator is the desire that reveal for each one and all together in the vessel of Adam HaRishon that it includes all the created beings in what they are in, in all of their manners all their forms.
30. S. (57:35) At the same time the Creator is pulling us and rejecting us, it is a bit confusing, should we always try to justify Him?
R. Correct, each time we do so, the Creator teaches us like we are taught in school. On one hand we are given all sorts of exercises, problems, obstacles are placed before us, problems we have to solve, to answer, this is how it continues.
What we get out of this, just the material we learn in school is mental, intellectual, and here the material is spiritual, that we have to change ourselves in order to know what the teacher wants, meaning the Creator, and how we need to answer on that, meaning to connect between us each time in a new manner, which is tighter and to know what He asks and how we can answer Him. And this is called the study of the wisdom Kabbalah, the teaching of the wisdom of Kabbalah, that’s the teaching we’re in.
31. S. (59:06) What is the connection between reflected light and what happens in the ten, and how should we respond to this state or that state especially?
R. I still can’t explain it because we are not in a revealed manner from our actions in the ten. When we’ll reach it then we will talk about it but of course there is a connection, it’s just that we still cannot identify it.
S. What exactly do we bring back, what do we bestow to the Creator?
R. Effort to connection between us, that we want to connect only this effort, that’s what He feels and that’s what gives Him joy. And as much with this effort we turn to Him and request forces in order that this effort will succeed, as much as we annul ourselves in this effort and we depend, the success only on the assistance of the Creator, that’s how it works.
S. This means that this is some kind of inner preference of the lesson?
R. Okay.
32. S. (01:01:08) A revelation of the Creator, this is an aware, conscious work for Him or do we work on it together? It is written that “the Creator cannot be with one who is proud in the same abode”?
R. Of course, in a direct manner, because this that he is in pride, specifically in this, it disconnects him from the Creator.
33. S. (01:02:04) If some obstruction, some disturbance comes to me, a descent, and I lose my reason, I look at the state and I say, “there is None Else besides Him”, how can I reach from those two some explanation, some sort of logical explanation, on one hand and on the other hand, the inner feeling. The question is: is it correct that my logic allows me or enables me in one small point to understand or explore what is happening or should I wait that my inner experience will go away or rearrange myself a new from within and I find this logic?
R. I’ll tell you, yes, you are a smart person, very educated and you think, you have a habit and you’re used to using your mind a lot and here actually you need more to activate your emotion. Although it’s not so respected by you to work with the emotion but there is no choice, we need to activate our emotion more, our sensation, and the mind just to help us how to work with the emotion. So it’s worthwhile to read a few times what we are learning, the excerpts, the material until it will influence you and then you’ll be able to work with the sensation in such a manner like you worked once with the mind, to connect sensations, feelings, to rise above them and so on, try it.
34. S. (01:04:34) I discover that He is everything, do I discover it in a feeling that I have inside of me or is it something that I discovered in the connect with the ten outside of me, or does it even come as a new sensation which is not inside of me or outside of me?
R. Only within yourself, what you have, that’s what you reveal. Only within yourself as much as you will insert your friends within your heart then you will be able to reveal your spiritual vessel more and more.
35. S. (01:05:26) If we overcome all the disturbances, all the delays, we feel these things that link us together more and more, we could feel that in the last Congress, if we can feel that an upcoming Congress what is the difference between this force and feeling the Creator between us?
R. Maybe repeat the question?
S. If we feel the force that is bringing us out to more connection following this work, what is the connection between feeling this force and what we call ‘feeling the Creator and the connection between us’.
R. I don’t understand.
S. Maybe, what is the difference between feeling that there is None Else besides Him and feeling there is None Else besides Him in the connection between us?
S. When we feel this force that connects us more together, is this the Creator who is connecting us more together?
R. Of course the Creator connects us, there’s no other force of connection and so if we make the effort to reach connection, in this we are awakening the force of the connection between us, that is its entire role. How is it revealed to human beings, it created in them the evil inclination, in the extent of evil inclination, they get distance from one another and then they search for the Creator to connect between them. And in this extent that they reveal it more and more according to the extent of connection between them, then they reveal the Creator between them, the force of connection between them. That is how the Creator is revealed otherwise it disappears, there is no Creator if there is no connection.
S. If it is so, then it is more of like an initial feeling of the revelation of the Creator to the created beings, that’s what we felt actually?
R. This moment that you reach connection with the friends you feel that the Creator is present and is found with you, between you yes. To reach connection in the ten or revelation of the Creator, the first one, it’s the same thing.
36. S. (01:09:27) The disturbances that each one of us receives individually, are they given to us from above?
R. It’s planned already from the beginning of creation and continues until the end of creation, this entire process. There is no coincidence, everything that needs to be is as this way and connects to the other. And so all our problems and all our connections, all the distance is between us and everything that occurs it’s all already in creation to begin with and just needs to be revealed, as it is written ‘there is nothing new under the sun’, that everything that needs to be revealed that everything needs to be reveals and then we reach from the beginning to the end of creation.
S. How can I use the disturbances that I get in the disturbances that the friends get…
How can I use the disturbances that I get and the disturbances that the friends in the ten get in order to always connect more, to be more connected in one heart?
R. To go above the disturbances, the disturbances is that same height that you can rise above to a higher degree. So if you rise above these disturbances in the connection then you’re rising to a higher degree then there will be even greater disturbance, greater meaning more complex, and you will need to rise even more above them in connection between them.
You will reach a state that already the Creator begins to be revealed between you, you will reveal the Creator is concealed and thus you’re in disturbances and that when you overcome, you will reveal the Creator that connects these disturbances in such a manner that even that they are opposite one to another the Creator connects them, the upper light ranges, and that is called “as He makes peace above in the heavens thus shall He bring peace down upon us”. And so we go on this way from state-to-state, degree-to-degree, and that is our way.
S. When I have a problem and some friend asks me to do something for the group, for the ten and there I feel a very strong rejection. In that point, should I go above reason and only take into consideration the deficiency of the friends?
R. If there is rejection from connection in the ten you need to fight it against this rejection as much as possible, as much as possible, that’s it. And it is very important, even to turn to the friends and request them to help you. Tell them, “friends I have no power, I want to be connected to you but inside I have very many forces, I have a lot of forces opposing it. So help me more to connect to you, on my own I cannot”. That is very good, at helps you and it helps the entire group if you do so, that’s if you need to do it. But not just in order to throw it on the others but really in order to work together on each disturbance as it needs to be in the group, as if we are in one boat and are passing through these stormy waters, that’s how we need to do.
37. S. (01:14:18) This sentence, ‘there is None Else besides Him’, is it something we understand in our mind but we never manage to feel it, even though we make an effort in connection in the ten we don’t reach that feeling? The question is what can we do?
R. Work together, try to work together and you will see how much you will succeed, you’re capable, specifically you guys are capable.
38. S. (01:15:24) Let’s say that the ten was rewarded with the revelation of the Creator each time it made a greater effort then we seemingly, we are stubborn, we stumble across something, something is missing, how can we interpret to the fact that we are stuck, where we stuck and how do we open it up?
R. It happens, you’re right, and what we need to do, there are a few possibilities here. First of all to make an effort to learn more between you, to make an effort to learn with whoever is around you and organize another group or two near you, virtually or physically, and in such to enter connection which is wider with our worldwide group with whom you can be in connection. Along with them to make an effort to learn, too. There is nothing we can do just to enter deeper into the study, to learn, to read more, to go over the study material from the morning or afternoon lessons again and advance in this way, everything is ahead of you.
39. S. (01:17:07) The feeling of the Creator, it’s always above our strength, every time you feel like you’ve reached maybe the edge of your strengths, He gives you a little extra then everything works out, is that how it goes for a long time?
R. Try to accelerate time and it’s not going to last that long, it all depends how much you can be in mutual work between you, mutual work, common work.
40. S. (01:17:57) Is it possible to not do anything but then also the Creator or also do the act?
R. There are states on which it says ‘sit and do nothing is better’, that is also good, that is also good. One who does nothing but lets all the evil forces, the evil waves, like the Rabbi Akvia in the raging sea that lowered his head and let the waves pass over him, if you do it, well, that is also spiritual work.
41. S. (01:18:49) You gave an example to the friend from Italy and you gave an example of rejection, turn to the friends, turn to the ten, can I look at that like an example of returning light?
R. No, no, no, no, no, don’t confuse people with reflected light or whatever, you talk about the qualities you are in right now. You need to work on the connection between you and that’s it and not reflected light or direct light or opposite or whatever, no, nothing, that is incorrect.

R. For the time being, that is from within our ego, that is how we want to be later, we will begin to receive from the power from above and we’ll have reflected light. But less fantasies, if you’re not connected with a group then you have no direct light or reflected light or anything like it.
42. S. (01:20:28) The Creator reveals as the one that connects between us but how do we do this action of the connection of the hearts between us?
R. The action of connecting the hearts when we are truly sit down and talk about how we can be with hearts that are closer to one another. In such a gathering we feel how much each one is in his heart and his heart is closed and it cannot receive the feelings of the other, he cannot feel the others even when he sometimes wants to feel he cannot, and now we come to a state where we have no chance of being connected in our feelings and the heart cannot connect in one heart and we begin to ask the Creator since the Creator is capable of uniting our hearts into one. And in this way when the action is done by the Creator on us then we will begin to feel ourselves in one heart accordingly we will begin to reveal the Creator inside this one heart.
43. S. (01:22:08) You said to speed up time we need to do many more mutual actions, what are these actions that we’re doing together?
R. Together in one heart.
S. In this inner request?
R. Inner request or outer request, it doesn’t matter, we wish to reach a desire that includes all desires.
44. S. (01:23:37) We can overcome if there is some kind of disturbance and we connect to the ten so this disturbance becomes from judgment to mercy and then it is corrected?
R. If we overcome it then, yes, we understand that this disturbance didn’t come to simply disturb us but specifically to aim us at the goal more precisely.
45. S. (01:24:18) How can we not separate from the faith in the Creator?
R. Hold onto it with your teeth, that there’s None Else besides Him, the Good who does good and with all the friends together want to feel in the ten that we are holding on to Him and we don’t let Him disappear from our feeling, from our portrayal, depiction.
46. S. (01:24:54) How can I check to see whether or not I separated from the faith of the Creator or not?
R. Well also through the group, incorporate together and talk about it and think about it ,you constantly need to be in it, and constantly chase the revelation of the Creator, the feeling of the Creator and then you will see how it works.
47. S. (01:25:36) So the Creator establishes all the different disturbances but does He also help us overcome?
R. Of course He helps, there’s no doubt, especially when we asked for His help, even more so.
48. S. (01:25:59) What does it mean to lower your head in the spiritual work?
R. When we understand that we have no power to do anything by ourselves and we need only the power of the Creator in order to work and reach spiritual ascent.

49. S. (01:26:28) If the state is that I don’t want to connect to the friends and it’s given to me from the Creator how do I work with this? I don’t feel any passion to connect with my friends, I can only just listen to the lesson?
R. The connection, our problem is that we forget that any spiritual action is through the connection, ‘from love the created being to love the Creator’. And that is why we shouldn’t think that our spiritual action, spiritual, if it is spiritual, it has to be in connection and later to the Creator.
50. S. (01:27:18) I feel that I am dealing with all these disturbances by myself, I’m not able to overcome, I need to do it somehow with the friends, what am I doing incorrectly?
R. You don’t come to connection, you don’t awaken them, you don’t connect them, each one has to be this way. Each one must make sure they connect and don’t forget about it and we work in this way all of us together.
51. S. (01:27:55) This action that is above reason which is always good and does good?
R. Yes.
52. S. (01:28:18) According to the first passage that we read it says that there are things in the world that come from the beginning in order to reject a person from the straight path and that’s what brings him closer. So what are these things in the world that reject a person from holiness?
R. Anything that is not arranged toward connection and the revelation of the Creator rejects us. And in truth a hundred percent of the forces that we receive, the desires that we receive in our life, 100% those forces that we receive, they are all forces of rejection. That is what the Creator says, I have created the evil inclination. And that truly is a special force, very beneficial for the purpose of creation. Because on the one hand it deviates us from the goal and on the other hand it helps us not forget about the goal and connect.
53. S. (01:29:42) Regarding the third passage it says that our holy fathers have given us the confidence and prepared for us above reason so if we use them we can get there effortlessly and tirelessly. What does it mean effortlessly? What did they prepare for us that we can use it without work?
R. We can replace all of our work that seems to us as difficult work, physical work. We can replace all of it with turning to the Creator and the request.
54. S. (01:30:25) When I start to feel an unpleasant feeling it’s because I didn’t invest efforts in the ten or maybe at the same time I was able to successfully complete my previous state?
R. I did not understand, again.
S. This unpleasant feeling that I’m experiencing is that a result of my previous state that I was able to complete successfully or a result of an incorrect connection in the ten?
R. No, incorrect. It’s because she’s between the degrees and that’s why she feels this way. Between the states.
55. S. (01:31:15) We say that the Creator is revealed in the connection between us. Does every person reveal the Creator the same way in the ten or does it change from person to person?
R. No, the Creator is revealed to each one differently. Just like each and everyone has a different structure they feel the Creator differently. 57. S. (01:32:37) How can we quickly move from a bad state to a good state?
R. By exerting in connection.
58. S. (01:32:50) I heard you say that in order to come to connection in the ten it’s the same thing as revealing the Creator. How can I recognize what connection in the ten is? Is it the nice pleasant feeling of connection that we have or is it something else?
R. It’s a pleasant feeling in the connection between us. It’s possible that it is above the feelings of resistance to it and relative repulsion but understand that we have to be connected between us completely, fully and in mutual, complementary relationships.
59. S. (01:33:44) What does it mean to hold onto None Else Besides Him towards everything that happens with me versus doing that in the ten?
R. There is no difference, it should be like there’s no difference. None Else Besides Him speaks of the Creator. So there should be the Creator inside of what I’m depicting and what the group is depicting and it should be one and the same.
60. S. (01:34:09) What’s the connection between bringing contentment to the Creator and the revelation of the Creator?
R. As much as we discover the Creator between us we bring Him contentment.
61. S. (01:34:29) What should we do if there is more than one friend in the ten in a descent? How should we help them?
R. Simply try to come to them, connect with them and as much as possible soften the hearts, and together to ascend.
