RECITATION BEFORE THE TIKKUN RACHEL AND TIKKUN LEAH:

Psalms Chapter 102

5 My heart is smitten like grass, and withered; for I forget to eat my bread.

Psalms Chapter 137

4 How shall we sing the LORD’S song in a foreign land?

Psalms Chapter 79

5 How long, O LORD, wilt Thou be angry for ever? How long will Thy jealousy burn like fire?

CONCLUSION OF TIKKUN RACHEL:

Isaiah Chapter 52

ב  הִתְנַעֲרִי מֵעָפָר קוּמִי שְּׁבִי, יְרוּשָׁלִָם; התפתחו הִתְפַּתְּחִי מוֹסְרֵי צַוָּארֵךְ, שְׁבִיָּה בַּת-צִיּוֹן.  {ס}

2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem; loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion. {S}

TIKKUN LEAH:

Psalms Chapter 111

י  רֵאשִׁית חָכְמָה, יִרְאַת יְהוָה–    שֵׂכֶל טוֹב, לְכָל-עֹשֵׂיהֶם;

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all they that do thereafter; {N}
His praise endureth for ever. {P}
