MITZVA 507 Not to sanctify blemished cattle for sacrifice on the altar (Lev. 22:20) This text prohibits such beasts being set apart for sacrifice on the altar (negative).

Leviticus Chapter 19 וַיִּקְרָא

כ  כֹּל אֲשֶׁר-בּוֹ מוּם, לֹא תַקְרִיבוּ:  כִּי-לֹא לְרָצוֹן, יִהְיֶה לָכֶם.

20 But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not bring; for it shall not be acceptable for you.
