Concern for Other’s Advancement in Spirituality  

When a person makes efforts towards the spiritual advancement of others, it causes him to advance in the various stages.

Even if a person himself didn’t reach spirituality, but he worries about others in this matter, he receives reward, like Yeshuah Ben Nun who was Moses’ helper although he didn’t study himself. He was Moses’ right hand man, his servant. Thus he acquired the level of “Moses” and after Moses, by himself led the nation, which was his reward.
