RECITATION BEFORE THE TIKKUN RACHEL AND TIKKUN LEAH:

Psalms Chapter 102

27 They shall perish, but Thou shalt endure; {N}
yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt Thou change them, and they shall pass away;

TIKKUN RACHEL:

Psalms Chapter 137

2 Upon the willows in the midst thereof we hanged up our harps.

Psalms Chapter 79

4 We are become a taunt to our neighbours, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us.

CONCLUSION OF TIKKUN RACHEL:

Isaiah Chapter 52

ב הִתְנַעֲרִי מֵעָפָר קוּמִי שְּׁבִי, יְרוּשָׁלִָם; התפתחו (הִתְפַּתְּחִי) מוֹסְרֵי צַוָּארֵךְ, שְׁבִיָּה בַּתצִיּוֹן. {ס}

2 Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem; loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion. {S}

TIKKUN LEAH:

Psalms Chapter 111

3 His work is glory and majesty; and His righteousness endureth for ever.
