MITZVA 438 Not to anoint a stranger with the anointing oil (Ex. 30:32) (negative).

Exodus Chapter 30 שְׁמוֹת

לב  עַל-בְּשַׂר אָדָם, לֹא יִיסָךְ, וּבְמַתְכֻּנְתּוֹ, לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ כָּמֹהוּ; קֹדֶשׁ הוּא, קֹדֶשׁ יִהְיֶה לָכֶם.

32 Upon the flesh of man shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any like it, according to the composition thereof; it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.
