MITZVA 436 To prepare the oil of anointment and anoint high kohanim and kings with it (Ex. 30:31) (affirmative).

Exodus Chapter 30 שְׁמוֹת

לא  וְאֶל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, תְּדַבֵּר לֵאמֹר:  שֶׁמֶן מִשְׁחַת-קֹדֶשׁ יִהְיֶה זֶה, לִי–לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם.

31 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying: This shall be a holy anointing oil unto Me throughout your generations.
