Part 3:

Growing Stronger in There Is None Else Besides Him – Selected Excerpts from the Sources. #7

1. R. These are special excerpts, they certainly explain to us what the connection between us and the upper light is, the connection between us and how we, by the system called Torah, from the word ‘light’, how we can connect between ourselves and reach connection with the Creator.

Reading Excerpt #7 (00:48 – 02:59)

2. R. (03:01) Where he thought he was actually in a descent, if he is thinking about his state that he is in an ascent, from this he corrects the situation.

3. S. (03:24) Yes so a person is always in a state where he’s overcoming for prayer?

R. If he chooses this state, of course yes, and it is a good state.

S. What proceeds what, the experience of overcoming or prayer?

R. Overcoming of course.

S. And then the prayer has to come right?

R. Yes, yes, yes.

4. S. (03:53) You said that a person corrects the situation so again how does he correct the situation?

R. By starting to scrutinize where he is and how he overcome with the prayer to the Creator to elevate him, to correct him.

5. S. (04:20) When I make an action for the friends and I feel that it gives me an uncomfortable feeling and I’m unhappy, does it mean that I’m doing a pure action of bestowal?

R. Pure action of bestowal is when you want nothing besides joining the upper system in order to give contentment to the Creator, that’s it. There is nothing to do besides that, I want to be connected to such forces, such actions where I’ll certainly give contentment to the Creator, simple.

Reading Excerpt #8 (05:36 – 06:22)

6. R. (06:23) For instance through friends, through all kinds of things in life that are close to a person and a person thinks this is how it is by nature, he forgets it’s the Creator’s nature.

Reader continues (06:39 – 07:25) “In other words the person…”

7. S. (07:29) When the Creator shows me within the ten a state of revelation of the evil, how should we respond?

R. To ask Him to correct us, that He will show us what good means and how we can shift our state to a good one.

S. Because we have a lot of friends within the group, it kind of rolls and begins to influence another friend and another friend. The question is: there are many thoughts, many opinions in the ten: some think that you need to allow the evil to come out and let it be revealed; some say we need to silence the evil; some others say that the evil reached the certain level and we need to stop it right there. So what do we do when the evil is revealed?

R. When it’s revealed you should relate to it until you see how much you change by this revelation of evil, by the recognition of evil, it changes you, it corrects you and this is the correction itself, basically.

S. Is there room for the evil in the ten to discuss it, to kind of mull it over, to scrutinize it or should we silence it?

R. No, silencing it won’t do, we have to bring it, you have to eradicate it from the world, the world is a group, when I erase evil from there.

S. It’s just this weekend we went through a few states where on one hand, it was like a wound were evil was just exploded. We were able to overcome it and we felt that it awakened great love that never existed before but then it continued to be revealed through fights. And we don’t know how to hold on to it and what to do with all of this, how to relate to it, just flow with what the Creator gives?

R. Connect, between ourselves, to connect between ourselves like sheep when the wolves attack them. So first thing they do they come together, they organize together, do that, and then from the connection between yourselves, cry out to the Creator.

S. So in this group everyone has to let go of something, even if she is angry or hurt?

R. Yes, let go in order to connect to others.

8. S. (10:51) My question is about excerpt seven: It’s clear that the ascents and descents are coming from the Creator, what is the role of my effort here so can I say’ what happens, happens’ what do I just accelerate the process with my efforts?

R. Yes, yes you should both accelerate and also scrutinize, and ask and also convince the Creator to help you, to correct you over all these things. You have to lead, you want to be the first, that you will awaken the corrections, is this clear?

9. S. (12:04) My question is that it gets really complicated when you think about all corporeal people are controlled by the Bo Reh, as well. Should I, at least until I pass the barrier, only think about my friends and their thoughts and speaking being controlled by the Creator?

R. All the people and in general, all the still, vegetative, animate, and speaking are controlled by one force, and turning towards the direction of the final Correction. Along the way, what they feel they feel in order to correct themselves and to enter a more closed system every time, more and more.

10. S. (13:06) Why is the force that exerts the force on us and puts obstacles in our back, yes and leads to our connection and correction, but why do we call it evil?

R. Did you engage in sports?

S. Yes. of course.

R. What did you do, did you do what your body wants or what you should do in order to become stronger?

S. To become stronger.

R. So this is the same here.

11. S. (14:02) How can a person believe in that which he does not know, he hasn’t merited to know?

R. I didn’t understand the question.

S. It’s written that ‘a person has to see that There Is None Else Besides Him, and then that he hasn’t merited to know that the Creator leads him?

R. You should imagine, you should try to imagine to yourself, to depict that There Is None Else Besides Him and that everything that is done is done by the Creator, and you are trying to see, to notice through all the surroundings, everything happens, that happens around you that there is nothing else besides you. You shouldn’t be confused there but what you should, while seeing the picture of the world, to try to see in it, in this picture, the actions of the Creator.

12. S. (15:25) Left shows us that if we turn our head backwards, we see that There Is None Else Besides Him, the Good that that does Good, and we are here in a good place and things are good. Why is it so difficult to do it in a present; and it brings me a lot of shame because I see when I look back and I see the past I know that this was for the best. Is it necessary even to see the Creator as good in the present?

R. Yes it’s necessary otherwise we will never want to come out in order to receive, we have to decide there’s no choice for us but to leave the will to receive, then we will see the truth.

13. S. (16:29) The connection draws the light of HaVaYaH and reveals how to work with the light that expands without feeling fear for the revelation of the ego and use it for our benefit.

R. If we connect then we draw the light into our connection, we don’t need to run after it and to look ‘where is the light, where is the light’? Only through us connecting between ourselves we already draw the light that will clothe in us.

14. S. (17:39) To continue with the question of Women Turkey 7, the Creator already has a plan and we are going there anyway, can you explain the importance of speeding up time, hastening?

R. If we’re drawing the light that reforms, we can certainly make all this way of our from corruption to correction as skipping a lot. Because the light clothes in us give us the recognition of evil then it clothes in us and give us the recognition of good, it brings us closer, connecting us. That’s why if we let the light work we can go through all the path very, very quickly to hasten time.

15. S. (18:53) If the Creator rules everything and He’s behind the friends, if a person, if I justify the friend, I am justifying the essence of the Creator?

R. Not really if it’s with one friend but if I’m relating with the ten, how I’m relating to the ten all-in-all, in general, this is the correct tool to find my relation, my attitude towards the Creator. Out of my relation to the ten, my attitude to the ten, I can see how I relate to the Creator: good, bad, I’m cold towards Him, I don’t even want to recognize in Him, and so on. All of this is out of my relation to the ten. Out of that I understand how much I need to check very, very well and feel our attitude towards the ten and try to correct it always.

16. S. (20:35) If a person awakens the Creator and compels the Creator to complete the work, what does it mean that the Creator does everything, a person sees that he’s doing the work so I can see the Creator is exalted?

R. A person gives the Creator as if an opportunity to be revealed, this is what happens, and then the Creator is revealed and a person begins to reveal the Creator and accordingly he begins to understand Him, to come close to Him, connect to Him. This is how it works but of course the Creator is first in all of these actions the Creator is first.

17. S. (21:48) When the evil is revealed within me, what actions must I do, these scrutinies have to happen inside and outside I should show love and then everything is good? When evil is revealed within me, some evil relation, must I perform this inside and everything externally should be good, how to do that? How to remain in the scrutinies while externally everything seems to be fine or maybe I should show the evil?

R. Everything we have to do is to build correct relationships between us.

18. S. (22:47) all the actions are done and will be done by the Creator, He awakens us and gives us the feeling of evil, what’s the essence of hasting in time, where are we hastening if everything goes according to His desire?

R. It all depends on us in the group, we connect and want to be ‘as one man in one heart’ this essentially is the action through which we hasten time.

19. S. (23:35) I have a similar question: is the person’s choice to say every moment that he wants the correction?

R. I don’t hear.

S. Is the person choice to say that each and every moment he wants the correction?

R. That he wants the correction?

S. But before a person decides that, the Creator decided it before?

R. Maybe, so what?

S. So where is the moment that I decide if everything is the Creator?

R. So what?

S. So what brings a person to say I want, is it only our incorporation in the group and they bring me this desire then I can ask?

R. Yes, yes.

S. What is my decision?

R. Yes.

20. S. (24:50) In the end it says, “it follows that the Creator does everything but the person regards what that he sees and what he should believe”. It feels like we’re doing something wrong here, isn’t it true that we have to go through all this of believing what we see to get to the point of seeing that There Is None Else Besides Him, we have to see the opposite, we have to go through the whole thing, correct?

R. We have to go through the whole thing whatever way we can, and how it will happen above space and above time, this is already the individual, personal governance over each and every one.

21. S. (26:18) You said that we should examine my relation to the friends which is my relation to the Creator, so I’d like to ask: how to develop a relations of love to the evil inclination in order to correctly use it for correction?

R. What do you mean ‘love to the evil inclination’, that we love him?

S. Yes, to use this for correction, as help.

R. For correction, for help, meaning that until we wiping off.

S. But we’re not supposed to wipe him off but to use it.

R. No, even to wipe off, surely you cannot do it and you don’t want to feel it, you don’t want to feel its existence in the world. That’s make, don’t make a double calculation: so what will I do without the evil inclination, the Creator made the evil inclination so I also have to support and guard it? No, you need to distance and get rid of it as much as possible.

S. So on the one hand, I hold on to the Creator, and on the other hand, I want to connect to the friend.

R. So what?

S. That’s where the opening is, the transition?

R. I don’t understand why you are depicting for yourself all these pictures, I really don’t; you always get like, ‘a thing and it’s opposite’ that you’re trying to connect.

22. S. (28:10) What Hassadim are we talking about here, what does it mean to’ connect to each other through Hassidim, through mercy?

R. I want to help each and every friend to connect him as much as he needs, I’m ready to finish and complete all of the work that he has just for us to connect, and this is how I relate to each and every friend.

S. How can we give the Creator an opportunity to be revealed?

R. Only to the degree that we connect between us, the Creator can reveal among us.

23. S. (29:18) What does it mean’ to correct the friend’, you sometimes say that, what does it mean to correct the friend?

R. I don’t know what I said it for?

S. You just said it, that I have to correct the friend, to help him, but why to use this word, “correct” the friend?

R. To correct means to really help him be with everyone in the correct connection, everyone helps his friend.

S. Is there something uncorrected in my friend?

R. Of course, all of us is uncorrected and we have to help one another so we will all connect in one system in which the Creator can be revealed.

S. If I see something that is corrupted, a friend is not capable of, is it my corruption?

R. This is something but it’s something else, but you can say that, the main thing is what will you do.

24. S. (30:40) The fact that the Creator does everything, that’s a revelation, an attainment, right? A person feels as if he’s doing it but then he discovers that is all the Creator, is that correct?

R. Yes

25. S. (31:02) When I connect with all the opposite qualities in the ten, everything except the will to bestow seems as clothing and I feel only the will to receive. Will I always bestow as a receiver, how can I completely clothe myself with Him, be like Him and bestow like Him.

R. I didn’t understand the question, repeat.

S. He is asking, when I connect with all the opposites in the ten, the only thing I feel is my will to receive, will I always bestow from the will to receive, how can I completely become like the Creator?

R. Bestow out of a person, out of a will to receive which is my nature but an intention, it will be in order to bestow; a desire will remain the desire, the intention is what I acquire. The intention to bestow that I have above the will to receive, in this way I connect to others.

26. S. (32:52) How does the understanding that a person is again far from the group, how does that help a person that the Creator is good and I’m bad, so what is next?

R. The person understands that whatever the Creator is doing with him is giving him more and more work, room for work, and a little bit more and a little bit more, and entrance and exit and entrance and exit, and this is how a person advances.

27. S. (33:37) I’m completely confused, I’m not, I don’t owe myself and the friend also doesn’t own himself, the Creator owns us so how, why do I need to push the friend to the Creator if He is the Creator already?

R. I don’t understand these conditions, ‘if he’s already like the Creator and not like the Creator’, it’s all philosophy, throw it out of your mind.

28. S. (34:19) The question is about helping every friend to be corrected: can I tell a friend if I see that something is standing in his way in my opinion or should I do that only about myself?

R. Try to give examples, example, when he sees the example he will understand out of the example what he should do with himself.

S. And in no way try to talk to him?

R. No, no, no, that you want out of your ego.

29. S. (35:13) I’ve heard that in order to understand my relation to the Creator I should look into my ten, if I love my ten but I don’t love the Creator as much, so why is that?

R. If you love the friends more than the Creator then this is correct, this is good, this is good, try to see.

30. S. (35:49) It’s the same question I have, you said that I have to examine my relations to the Creator in the ten; I know how I relate to the friends and I know myself, well as much as I do? What does it mean that I’m examining my relation to the Creator if I first look at my friends?

R. I get it as an ‘on debt’, do you love the friends more than the Creator and you have nothing more to love, friends and the Creator, that’s it, try it this way.

S. It’s just that if the friends are not corrected and also if the Creator is standing behind the friends?

R. Your friends are all corrected and they are in the final Correction with the Creator in complete adhesion.

31. S. (37:06) Rabash writes that, “A person believes that There Is None Else Besides Him, meaning that the Creator forces him to do the actions”. The question is in what way will a person know that the Creator is standing behind any act because if the Creator hardens him, he doesn’t relate it to the Creator’s desire to bring him closer. So how can he believe the Creator is behind every action, meaning that There Is None Else Besides Him?

R. Well can someone explain that, repeat the question again please.

S. Rabash writes, “a person should believe that There Is None Else Besides Him, meaning the Creator compels him all the actions”. In what way will a person know that the Creator is the one who stands behind every action because if they Creator makes things difficult for him, he doesn’t relate to the Creator desire to bring him closer, so how can he believe that the Creator is standing beside every action, that there’s no one is besides Him?

R. Going through connections with the friends, he has no other choice.

S. This means that it’s possible for a person to never know that the Creator is the one who forces him to do things.

R. That’s how most of humanity is, most of humanity.

S. This means if there is this situation, suppose we should we go to our ten and scrutinize these things.

R. Yes only through the ten you can connect, direct to the Creator only through the ten.

32. S. (39:14) You said that “if you love the Creator more than your friends”, how can I examine this, what’s the examination here? You said that if you love the Creator more than you love the friends, how can I examine that?

R. How to check that, who do I love more, the Creator or the friends? That’s a question, that’s a question. Without the friends I can’t approach the Creator, I can’t reveal Him, I can feel Him, I sense the Creator only to the degree that I’m connected with my friends, this is without the friends. But without the Creator, how can I connect to the friends if He doesn’t give me the strength, meaning I’m connecting to the friends and the Creator in such a way that I am almost torn apart in between them. I have nowhere to go, I must be connected in connection with the friends and the Creator. Whom to be closer, whom to be farther, this is said “from the love of the created being to the love of the Creator”. First I must be connected with the friends, be connected with them and create from ourselves a mutual Kli, a vessel, a desire, an intention, everything we have. Only in such a way can I come closer to the Creator.

33. S. (41:47) To what extent is my measurement correct, that I love the Creator and the friends?

R. However much you feel, there is nothing else to gauge this, then you will check.
