1. Rav’s Introduction: (00:37) Actually we have no more than Torah and pray, only these two. The Torah is the light that comes to us from the Creator which reforms us, corrects us, accompanies us until the end of our correction and the prayer is what we have to develop inside of us, inside of our heart, to connect our hearts together into one common heart and aim it to the Creator. Then according to how much we will raise a prayer in our heart ,gratitude, and a request according to that, we will also get closer to the Creator. It has to be pro quo here.
As much as the Creator yearns for us we can get closer to Him but only according to the measure that we will learn like Him, gradually, more and more. This form of us, becoming similar to the Creator, resembling Him in our yearning, in our connection between us and to Him, according to that we are called Adam, as it is written you are called man. This is how we will advance towards the end of correction. This is called adhesion, when we reach with everything, all we have, with all the vessels, with all the qualities, we reach a connection between us and to the Creator. We all together and with the Creator become as one bundle. Well let’s hope that we will be rewarded with this soon and in the meantime let’s read.

2. R. (03:28) We need to try and feel how what we read influences us both in our intellect and also in our emotion. In terms of the intellect we start more and more to tie all of these things into a single system through which the Creator influences us. By that, He changed us, He corrects us, He brings us closer. This is from the side of the mind, the intellect. From the side of emotion that we feel more by engaging in the same materials and having to perform similar actions. By that, we understand each other more and more, we get closer, we let the light influence us and appear between us. This is how we actually try to be even though we are very different from each other but along with that, according to our efforts and our work we become closer and closer to each other.

3. S. (12:30) It is written in order to correct it Rabbi Shimom says before a person goes to bed is to accept the Governance of Malchut with all his heart. The question is how can a person say in advance that from this moment on it is going to be night and we should be prepared for the night to justify in advance ?
R. First of all, it doesn’t matter if it’s day or night a person should be concerned about how much he is increasing his connection with the Creator, increasing it all the time. He’s in such a direction, this is one thing. The other thing is that he is simply concerned about it towards himself towards the friends of course towards the friends is to come first before himself and this is how it is with each and everyone and then everyone cares for everyone and this is not difficult. If we already know how to aim ourselves towards connection then the connection itself actually brings us a filling and pleasure and joy.
S. Is there a special preparation for the night because specifically when we create a covenant during this is a preparation for the night?
R. We don’t need to prepare ourselves for the night. We need to make it so that there will be no night. Very simple darkness will shine at night and in general, why should it be night. There is no night or day in spirituality but rather it depends on which light I awaken and draw upon myself upon the friends, upon everyone. This is how we should see this.
4. S. (15:03) The material that we are reading influences our feelings and we understand that they need to understand,influence and mind our intellect. In what way should they influence our mind?
R. The more of these verses we begin to depict to ourselves more and more the upper system. That on one hand it influences us but from our side we can also influence it. Then we yearn to reach a state where as it is called, “I for my beloved and my beloved to me”. I influence the Creator and the Creator influences me so that we reach a mutual system, a uniform system. That’s it
5. S. (16:11) What does it mean that there will be one evening and one morning as one day?
R. It doesn’t matter the inner states in which we discern that is what it is. Itit should be evening then it is morning one day meaning that all the states are only an opportunity for us to increase connection with the Creator in them. The illumination of the Creator, the illumination of the upper light on us and so this is what we would like to happen.
6. S. (17:05) The Torah teaches us how to walk on the spiritual path. How do we create a true deficiency so that it will let us actually feel its importance and actualize it?
R.This is also inside the Torah when we begin to perform all kinds of actions to implement the advice of getting closer. How to do it, how to implement it. Then we start getting illumination from above and it opens us up, it happens gradually, bit by bit. In truth everyone wants to reach the results quickly and feel the Creator’s responses for efforts. However it doesn’t happen so quickly and each one of us, according to the root of a soul, invests in it more and more, our money, our power. Money means Kesef, yearning, longing as the screens, the forces and He pushes the friends ahead and they push him and thus in a reciprocal manner we advance until we reach a state where one shall help his friend and we already reach the desired result of being as one man in one heart when we are all connected or the friends and this is our work.
7. S. (19:17) For a long time in my heart I can’t find the answer. What is the difference between a Rav and a Rabbi?
R. Rav simply means a great, a great man. a sage , wise and Rabbi is someone who is close to a person that he can turn to him and learn from him and get support from him. This is how it is usually but then again it changes from time to time.
8. S. (20:10) Even the beginning of item 18,it speaks about HIS prayer was accepted because there is nothing was separating him and the Holy divinity and in the middle of 182, they speak about the upper Malchut, the governance and that he took it upon himself and he is certain that nothing will separate between him and the Creator. I guess there’s a connection between these two lines and I would like to understand why? if you can explain to me the connection?
R. Because until we reach her, the Shechina, we feel that there is a wall between us. That I cannot break this wall. There is nothing that I can do until we connect together and with our common forces, we pray, we demand, we put pressure. Truly one on the other, on his friend and in this way we advance. Then we begin to see where our efforts are and where the response from the Creator is towards us. The most important is for us to reach a single prayer.
This is our whole salvation. If we can be connected together so that we are connected as much as possible in where we cannot be connected for the time being, we have to create, to help us be connected so that we will feel each other, the men and the women, beginners and veterans, it doesn’t matter what kind of differences there are between us, we want to feel all of us together. Together means that we will feel the heart’s, the yearning for the connection between us and with the Creator and among everyone truly among everyone. This is the most important.
9. S. (23:48) What is the absolute connection with the Creator through the friends?
R. The absolute connection is the connection at the end of correction, When once again we reach your single system and then we all are corrected together in complete mutual bestowal, each one over everyone and we return to this same structure of Adam HaRishon that was 600 times more powerful.
10. S. (24:34) This advice is to adhere to the upper one before sleep. Is this an invitation to hold on to the Ten or to have a real exercise before sleep? Can you explain it?
R. It’s an exercise before sleep. Before sleep meaning before one feels that soon he will become disconnected from the Creator or at least more distant from the Creator and then he is concerned about what will happen to him. He checks his connections with all of the friends. with the whole of humanity and how will he try to live during the disconnection in such a way that he is connected with everyone and they are holding him so that even though he himself may lose the connection, who knows if you will have a desire for it or not and this is how one prepare himself for that thing. This is called disconnection or sleep or distancing from each other, it is also called going out to the desert, all kinds of such as signs of disconnection and remoteness.
11. S. (26:15) How can Malchut come out from the authority of the Sitra Achra and the influence of judgment?
R. Only through prayer. In the end it is only through prayer. Look how beautiful it is because I pray, to ask of The Creator, we can do it in any case, and by that we can help each other and also gather together. Each one can teach the others how does he pray, and then we reach the same words, the same desires, the same requests and prayers etc. This is why specifically in us influencing the Creator with our prayer it is actually good. It’s arranged really in a beautiful and simple way. Just open your heart and everything will become corrected.
12. S. (37:40) There is a wall behind, behind it there is everything and many times a person reaches the wall then takes an about-face, turns around and goes backwards. Why do we go back?
R. Well I’m one hand it is the lack of support by the society that’s the society should support you and bring you to such a stature before the Creator. On the other hand, you are not doing the exercises. It is written I wish you will pray all day. Meaning that we have nothing else to do in our lives but to ask, and ask, and ask, truly 24-hours a day all the time to ask of The Creator that he will bring us closer, that he will explain to us what it is that we need to do. In short. it is like a little child to constantly not leave the Creator. This is what he loves.
13. S. (29:02) He writes about devotion. What’s the correct way to check that we are in sole devotion?
R. That I don’t care about anything except for adhesion between us and with the Creator I need to require only 2 degrees. The degree of adhesion between us between the friends and the degree of adhesion between us all of us and the Creator.

There is nothing that can never part him from the holy divinity and the forces of the Sitra Achra and the Din judgment do not govern him any longer. Here it begs the question: How do we come to a state that the feeling is the only thing that there is?
R. We always want to develop our emotions and our mind, our intellect, will just be a result from the power of our connection with the Creator. In the power of our connection with the Creator We Have the emotion and the internet and the emotion is the main thing here because we are talking about attainment out of the will to receive that the Creator created. The desire means the emotion, what fills it, the upper light, the Creator. This is why we always measure everything that is happening to us through the emotion, so please get excited and you will succeed.
S. Is there a restriction on the feeling?
R. I don’t want to get into this.
16. S. (33:10) At the beginning of the article he is writing about the cancellation of the sentence, revoking of the sentence. We know that Baal HaSulam calls him the law that we cannot break and the steamroller of development is only to accelerate the pace of change in states. What does it mean to revoke the sentence? Because anything that we go through is only as a result of our opposition there are no states that we can skip over. We go through all the states so what does it mean to revoke a sentence?
R. To revoke the sentence, the decree, means that even if according to the records that one receives from birth, he has to go through all kinds of states, even difficult ones in disconnection from the Creator. These states even though they come close to him, however they do not govern him.
S. What does it mean that they don’t govern him?
R. They don’t exis. they don’t govern him. They don’t exist the way that they are prescribed. This is how he goes through them in a smooth and quick way he moves on to connection and correction.
S. We are in one system, in those changing states that acceleration if it influences through equivalence of form on different parts of the vessel does it influence?
R. Certainly everything has an influence on each one over everyone.
S. In what way is this expressed?
R. In a thousand different ways. I can’t tell you, it’s impossible to explain it but anyone who changes influences everyone.
17.S. (35:20) There was just a very powerful earthquake in Turkey so can we think of her friends who need our prayers?
R. Yes, I think everyone felt it, we here felt it also a little bit. Let’s hope that in thought it went by in such a way that our friends will not be harmed and in general the entire Turkish people that I hope so very much.
18. S. (36:11) To study day and night, what does it mean to realize it in connection with friends ?
R. We engage only in the connection between us. This is actually the action which is the closest to us and the most powerful one which we can operate. Through it the Creator enjoys from us and this is how it should be. ‘Love your friend as yourself,’ is the great rule of the Torah and other such verses that speak about the love between man and man. It is all in order to connect the pieces, the parts of the system of Adam HaRishon together and to give the Creator the possibility to shine in all of them.

19. R. (43:32 ) I see they’re not many questions, but it’s clear right? After all we are one vessel, that was shattered, shattered from above, from the Creator, That is what he is doing, this is the meaning I have created the evil inclination. We need to connect all of our broken desires into one desire and help one another connect one another and this way we will return to the corrected state 620 times greater than it would have been before the shattering. We already corrected the separation that was revealed between us.
20. S. (44:28) It is written here that we must pray for the correction of the Shechina, how is it possible to understand what exactly we should ask for?
R. We lack nothing but connection, that corresponds to that shattering that took place that is the result of the sin of Adam HaRishon.
S. There should be some special sensitivity towards the shattering and connection between us that we begin to ask for the correction of it?
R. We need to imagine what is the corrected state and how can we want it, to hold on to it and bring ourselves closer to it to build above ourselves this corrected state of Adam HaRishon and in this way we awaken in divinity we reestablish the complete vessel.
S. How is it possible to depict correctly this corrected state between us? What is it exactly?
R. He is concerned with the correction of others. That is what we need that we are doing all of this in order to rejoice in the Creator.
21. S. (46:28) What does it mean to consult the holy father’s and to know what must still be corrected? What is this consulting exactly? What are we doing?
R. All these definitions are spiritual definitions, the house of prayer is not a house internal place where we all wish to connect together. A person lives inside himself from the beginning because he comes from the shattering and he needs to imagine that they live as if in one house. Knesset is the assembly, the connection, the assembly of everyone. We have to imagine a place where we are all connected and this way we keep that condition of connection. In the connection we attain the Creator. It is written to return children of Israel to the Lord your God. Until you feel that the Lord is your God, the upper force within you.
S. What is this I don’t understand what this consulting is, this action we can do? Consulting the holy fathers?
R. When you awaken inside of you these qualities of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,these are degrees of connection we have, there in the day, in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening but it all speaks of the connection.
22. S. (48:57) Is the true prayer maybe recognizing our nature and depicting us of our disconnection and we asked him to please help us?
R. Correct, that is correct.
23. S. (49:33) If I understand correctly the hardest work in the connection between us is the connection between us, is to go through these states of this connection from the Creator these difficult states that touch upon in the previous question and to go through it in the easiest way. 24. S. (50:57) If I imagine it correctly a person after a certain spiritual work should accept the kingdom of heaven meaning everything that he did, he has done already and now he agrees to with his faith and the rest is upon of the Creator whatever he does he will do it and then the Creator renews or replaces his desire or his records and the next stage begins after the sleep, this dream?
R. I don’t have that much imagination like you so I’m restraining myself. We need to read what is written and try to realize inside of us from the text that is it. That is how we continue and advance.
S. If I can ask another question,in the beginning of 183, it says that we should all pray to the holy Shechina and seeing it the wholeness of the whole of Israel, how can we feel this need inside of us that there is such a necessity to pray to the Creator for the wholeness of israel?
R. Israel is called any person who yearns towards the Creator. Meaning we have to understand that all the corrections are done to everyone being drawn to the Creator. Everyone will yearn for it and be drawn to the Creator. That is it, what we have to do and that is it. Nothing else, this is the state for which we are asking.

25. S. (01:08:47) During the lesson such great pleasure comes and great gratitude so that no room is left for a prayer and the hearts have a screen in order to remove it and leave a place for the prayer.
R. You keep going the way you can and then we will see all of it you will feel from your development.
26. S. (01:09:36) Good morning friends, I see that he writes here to mitigate the judgments. What are judgments and how can they be mitigated?
R. Mitigation?
S.Yes but what are the judgments? What does it mean to judgements?
R. Judgments are limitations, suffering when you want to do something but you can’t because of certain harsh external conditions that work on you. This is called judgment.
S. I have a question when we come to the Congress and we have the possibility to mitigate the judgment in our Tens in the congress?
R. Yes.
S. Great. How do we do it?
R. Through the prayers.
S. What does it mean that the prayers mitigate the judgments or we need to do any additional actions to mitigate the judgments?
R. No, these are additional actions. I’m truly going to mitigate judgments.
S. What should we hone in on in the congress? What should we focus on?
R. First of all, be together, if we come closer to one another in the Ten we become a vessel. A vessel in our own hands you can do something with before connecting to the Ten, we can act, we cannot do anything. Hence, we should first of all connect when we feel that more or less we are connected then what is left for us to do? Now through this connection we try to correct something. Our connection will be so tangible that we will be able to ask for corrections from one another to be together as one man and one heart, a circle, in the ball, connected in some way and so on and so forth.
S. Really what is the minimal point, the most minimal point because they’re making new friends who have no idea what you’re talking about and I myself don’t understand what connection is. So what do you think is the minimum minimum point in this Congress? What is the minimum?
R. Minimum is to see my Ten at least, my ten is standing on the way to my own end of correction. If it is mine then I can understand it is in my benefit. Let’s imagine it in this way at least that I have no choice but to bring myself to a state where I see the Ten but it has to help me reach the end of correction, adhesion with the Creator that I will incorporate myself in and I still do not feel it in practice.
S. Meaning even people who are all over the world, in all kinds of other mirror congresses etc., all of us together, we can mitigate the judgements?
R. Yes, of course.
S I understand thank you.
27. S. (01:13:40) Coming closer to the King doesn’t mean to receive from him or is there a connection beyond receiving in order to bestow?
R. No there isn’t.
S. I’m asking actually , how in the action from the Creator do you put more intensity in the connection with Him?
R. I have nothing to say. We simply wish to do everything for the sake of the connection for the sake of the upper one and if we need to receive for the sake of the upper one, I receive to bestow, I bestow. I do everything because every action I take and I find the Commandments of the Creator
S. He writes about spiritual fear because he’s great and He conducts everything, so does he give more force? What does he mean when he writes that?
R. This is for me to know exactly why I am performing the act of the Creator. Because he is great, he surrounds everything, he governs everything and the whole world is like nothing before him and we all want only one thing to have an opportunity to connect in order to bring him contentment.
S. I’m asking because we should have a very strong Yeshivat Haverim gathering. We were really connected yesterday and what else could you give the Creator in such events?
R. We need to continue. We need to go on. You are on the right path.
28. S. (01:15:43) How is the quality of the legs help us build the Creator? What forces that in me?
R. It is not that important. Abraham is right, Isaac is left and Jacob is the middle line and all the rest are included in them, in this edition.
S. If I heard correctly, if there was Isaf so the fear won’t awaken Jacob?
R. I didn’t say that, I don’t think that I accept the entire system as complete and whole and you can’t separate one from the other.

R. The holy forefathers are ways through which the Creator reveals himself to us. We need to get closer in one way in the other like Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Those are names, they’re not people, those are names of qualities that the Creator wants to present himself to us. This is why we have to receive him in such a way and relate to Him accordingly.
30. S. (01:18:45) I wanted to ask about 184, it’s written in the beginning that here we are scrutinizing three corrections that happened in the Shechina by the forefathers. And then they explain that there is a hall or a home, that Isaac dwells in a temple, and then the gate is the fear. So you said there’s reading and trying to implement: how to implement this?
R. However much you understand, try to realize, not more or less, whatever you understand, act accordingly and every time that you will return to it, to that state, you will feel that you have another opportunity to add something and another and in this way a person advances.
31. S. (01:20:25) What is the connection between prayer and faith? Does one come before the other what feeds the other?
R. Faith and prayer, faith is a force that exists in the person and he is concerned or he cares about how to increase it, this is faith. Prayer is when a person checks himself and sees what he is really missing and turns to it, with it, to the Creator. This is why faith and prayer, they complement one another, they work together. One is from this and one is from that, a person begins to advance and we will talk more on that because we will have a practical need to combine faith and prayer.
32. S. (01:22:02) You said Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are qualities, and here it’s written about the corrections they performed. What are those corrections and how was it done?
R. Baal HaSulam explains it: Abraham is morning prayer, Isaac is the afternoon prayer and Jacob is the evening prayer, and then this way we have to walk, and what is morning, afternoon and evening it depends on, it depends on how we interpret it. But certainly, certainly the three qualities, these three qualities we have to scrutinize and enhance them and connect and the most important thing is to connect. And then from the connection between them, we will see how to correct it.
S. How is that expressed in the ten?
R. As connection, as connection, nothing else is required other than the connection,the unification. So if something isn’t clear, see in what fashion that has to be corrected in connection, in unification. What form does it have to acquire and you will see that everything is made precisely for that, to connect.
33. S. (01:24:30) What is the corrected prayer?
R. Corrected prayer is that it is coming from all of the friends.
S. From a mutual feeling?
R. From the mutual feeling,yes and that you already feel that everyone opens their heart and everyone wants to connect the heart and out of the mutual heart that they have composed, that they have put together, they turn to the Creator. And then you know for certain, you feel the joy of the Creator, how He comes before them and embraces with open arms to hug them and to unite between them.
34. S. (01:25:44) It’s not about the text but it’s about the topic, about the Machpelah Cave?
M. Question not clear.
S. Why when Isaac was killed he rolled all the way to the cave?
R. We are going to study later, now it’s still early. I understand, I understand it’s not important we will get to it. Even now in the preface he will speak about it, soon everything will fall into place.
35. S. (01:27:13) Can we reach prayer and complete faith also without fear or is fear essential to reach complete fear and faith?
R. Without fear there is nothing to do, quite little really. How can we advance without fear if we are a desire in order to receive, only through fear can we somehow arrange ourselves, to position ourselves in front of the Creator and stabilize ourselves, position ourselves, to receive from Him. Fear is the condition through which we get our vessel to be aimed at the Creator, either for bestowal or reception.
36. S. (01:28:40) When we are speaking about forms of connection, it always seems when we say form it feels like geometry. What does it mean: is it prayer, emotional relationships, what is the form of connection?
R. It is a form, the form of connection, or let’s say the fashion of our connection to the ten. That each time it has to be more and more advanced, with more and more inclusiveness in one another and in the height of inclusiveness in one another, or incorporation in one another, it is deeper each time.
37. S. (01:29:40) Can we understand why the corruption of desire still persisted, since Jacob made the correction?
R. Honestly Asau is stronger than anyone and only through our prayer, our mutual prayer, with all the forefathers and all the sons, we can ask, demand of the Creator to position us correctly so that we can correct Asau . And this we will study this, we will learn about this, that within Asau there is also a root of the Creator, the Creator created him and this is why the head of Asau is in the Machpelah Cave. We will learn that, this is ahead of us, step by step, gradually, we have to balance all this business.
38. S. (01:34:50) In 183, it’s written that before prayer we have to observe the deficiency of the Shechina in order to know what we need to correct in her and fill, what is that condition to…?
R. That we have to see what is missing for the Creator, for the general Shechina, and only care for that. And only out of that we will activate ourselves.
S. We learned that everything is corrected except for me. What does it mean to observe the deficiency of the Shechina?
R. Because you’re also part of the Shechina.
39. S. (01:32:38) He writes that Abraham gave birth to Isaac because when Isaac found the Shechina in the perfection of the light of Hesed through the corrections of Abraham, he felt the deficiency in her, that she wasn’t worthy to receive the thought of creation yet. So what is the trigger from the first state, from Abraham to Isaac, what gives birth to that new prayer because if he is in the light of Hesed and wholeness?
R. When he exists in the light of Hesed, in wholeness, this is his personal wholeness, but not in the general light, in the general vessel, so he has nothing to correct in himself. But towards the general vessel, he has to do the corrections. Slowly, slowly, gradually you will close all the sharp edges.
40. S. (01:33:59) How can we reach fear from losing the Creator if I didn’t reach the state of the corrected Isaac yet?
R. Impossible, we have to correct all of the holy fathers, forefathers as it’s called and we have to install them in us, in the flawed, broken, uncorrected system and then we will reach corrections.
41. S. (01:34:42) At the end of the excerpt he speaks about the fear of greatness which has to come to Gmar Tikkun. Yesterday in the gathering, at the end, that state was felt, the fear of the greatness. How do you bring it to Gmar Tikkun? How do you reach that state?
R. I don’t know, I don’t know, I can’t say that I sense the end of correction in such a way that I can respond in such a wide answer.
S. So what’s the next step in the prayer where you feel this happiness of fear that it is the Creator doing everything, bringing everyone?
R. When you have joy exactly in the same degree and size that covers all the deficiencies in the broken vessel.
42. S. (01:36:05) It’s written that spiritual fear is like the fear of the sin that Asau caused. So after the correction of Hesed and Gevura, the true sin, is that revealed, that you need the quality of fear against it?
R. Our corrections, part of them we need to correct in order to see the sin itself.
S. How can we be in fear constantly: how to be in that quality?
R. To be constantly in fear, we cannot be, it’s impossible. Rather everything comes and goes in the form, in its opposite. That we have to learn, we have to study, correct things, that against them we can learn, study with broken things and then again the corrected things and then again the broken things.
