MITZVA 429 Not to remove the staves from the Ark (Ex. 25:15) (negative).

Exodus Chapter 25 שְׁמוֹת

טו  בְּטַבְּעֹת, הָאָרֹן, יִהְיוּ, הַבַּדִּים:  לֹא יָסֻרוּ, מִמֶּנּוּ.

15 The staves shall be in the rings of the ark; they shall not be taken from it.
