RECITATION BEFORE THE TIKKUN RACHEL AND TIKKUN LEAH:

Psalms Chapter 102 תְּהִלִּים

ה  הוּכָּה-כָעֵשֶׂב וַיִּבַשׁ לִבִּי:    כִּי-שָׁכַחְתִּי, מֵאֲכֹל לַחְמִי.

5 My heart is smitten like grass, and withered; for I forget to eat my bread.

TIKKUN RACHEL:

Psalms Chapter 137 תְּהִלִּים

ב  עַל-עֲרָבִים בְּתוֹכָהּ–    תָּלִינוּ, כִּנֹּרוֹתֵינוּ.

2 Upon the willows in the midst thereof we hanged up our harps.

Psalms Chapter 79 תְּהִלִּים

יא  תָּבוֹא לְפָנֶיךָ, אֶנְקַת אָסִיר:    כְּגֹדֶל זְרוֹעֲךָ–הוֹתֵר, בְּנֵי תְמוּתָה.

TIKKUN LEAH:

Psalms Chapter 43 תְּהִלִּים

ד  וְאָבוֹאָה, אֶל-מִזְבַּח אֱלֹהִים–    אֶל-אֵל, שִׂמְחַת גִּילִי:
וְאוֹדְךָ בְכִנּוֹר–    אֱלֹהִים אֱלֹהָי.

4 Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God, my exceeding joy; {N}
