Many times we want to change our situation, but fearful or not ready of changes that is necessary. Changes may be in form of changing habits, changing venue, changing job etc. Life style or way of thinking easily becomes an addictive habit. We get lazy in what is familiar, and thus refuse changes despite our desire to a better situation.

In order to get that situation that we desire therefore, it is necessary to make a huge effort to get our of our comfort zone. Getting our of comfort zone is itself an act of transition from one state to another state.
