Rav’s Introduction: (00:25) This is a law in spirituality, that it is impossible for us all at once to correct our desire from receiving to in order to bestow but rather as we learn with the descent of the degrees so it has been prepared for us to rise back up precisely on the same degrees from state-to-state, each time with more bestowal, more connection and devotion between us and to the Creator. This is how we have to advance and therefore here we have to the quality of patience and by this we need to bring ourselves to the correct measure, there are many questions about that but more than the questions there are many degrees and many states that we have to bring ourselves to accustom ourselves and bring ourselves to a state where we are all in a long process, it can take years, and even beyond years that we don’t complete the path in this lifetime and we continue it in our next lifetime, and so on and so forth. So let’s hope that because we are in the last generation we will be able to complete our corrections quickly and we will advance. Let’s get into the text because it in and itself leads us to the goal.

2. R. (04:50) Yes, all of our work in the work between us, in the connection between us as much as possible that we try to reach above how much we are incapable of. Especially, I’m emphasizing this, it’s not according to our desire but above our desire that we have to search how to come closer to each other and then we reach a state of how much we are not capable of it. When we are not capable of it than this awakens in us a demand and a request, a prayer, then along with our efforts and together with our prayer, there I see that my efforts are no longer helping, they are the end, then I add my prayer even more my request and then together the effort and the prayer the two of them, bring me to a state where I receive this quality of Lishma, meaning bestowal, beyond my will to receive and this is how I enter the perception, the spiritual perception the spiritual awareness. 3. S. (08:40) He speaks here about how a person cannot be consoled but in fact everyone is going on the path of falsehood. What does that mean?
R. Lo Lishma, that is falsehood when it does not follow the inner law of the whole of creation and the entire universe, the entire world. People are living in falsehood; they don’t feel the law that manages the whole of reality.
S. But why is it called falsehood? It seems like this is all your reality.
R. Yes, but we are speaking from the central point of creation, the absolute law and therefore they have nothing else to say except that this is false, it is a lie.
S. The question is how to develop in myself the point of feeling this falsehood: how can a person examine, relative to what?
R. This is what we yearn to do through our work when we try to connect to more and more and indeed we should try to connect to more in practice, in actuality between us. Then what can I say, out of that we awaken the force of connections so that it will influence us, it shines on us, we feel ourselves as worse and worse and then we try to reach by ourselves, reach connection. We cannot and then we begin to understand that without help from above we will not be able to do anything and then we turn to the Creator.
4. S. (10:56) Why do we have such a demand that relative to all the states we go through we have to exchange our intention relative to them, in such a harsh way.
R. In order to feel good, it’s not some necessary condition and it’s not for us to feel good but rather we out of the study of Kabbalah need to realize what is the true law of creation. Not the way that it appears to us and how we feel it in our nature but rather in order to feel it, to discover it, to understand it as it is on its own and this is the law of connection and bestowal. Otherwise the whole of creation simply cannot exist, we don’t understand how much we are the opposite of creation, the whole of creation and that if it would have existed in our qualities we simply could not exist not only for a moment but let each and every one does what he wants, and you will see how nothing would remain from this world. Each one would cancel everything and everyone and only he would remain.
How can that mean it would be complete cancellation? It would be the greatest bomb possible in reality so that if not for the upper force who is above that then immediately and a long time ago, we would already have destroyed the entire nature, connection, matter, everything. This is why we exist in a state where the Creator gave us a little bit of the entire reality that he created to be able to see him in this reality through a bad force, which is called this world, a tiny part of reality in which we exist in order to get to know to what extent we are the opposite of the true reality. That this will be enough for us. In order to decide that we don’t want to be in that that we have to rise to in order to bestow to Lishma, to connection, that this is the truth, only mutual support between all the different parts of creation is what gives the whole of creation the possibility to exist.
S. When we bring each and every state to wholeness, what do we lose and what kind of world are we reaching? You said once that this world is going to disappear so which world are we reaching?
R. We reach the complete world, the world of truth, that only it exists and only it has the right to exist. It is eternal and complete, whole, because each one cares for everyone and therefore only in such a way we can exist in truth and feel the nature of the Creator in the center of creation. This is how we will exist.
5. S. (15:20) All the exertion will lead us to Lishma in our day-to-day life. What is the exertion we have to put in the ten that will accompany our request correctly?
R. We need to come closer in actuality, the connection between us as much as possible under the present conditions where even though we’re far away in terms of distance, we have between us all kinds of connections, communication that has been developed. We need through these lines of communication to reach a state where we truly feel ourselves as close to each other. Until we won’t even need those lines of communications, it’s not about me hearing some voice or seeing some face, or I hear some wise stuff. I need to reach a state where I simply feel in my heart that the friend is together with me in the same heart until we will feel that this same part is the Creator.
6. S. (16:58) On the one hand there is the yearning, as he writes ‘all day long’, on the other hand he understands this is a gradual process, what do you have in this tension between the two? In the ten there’s a feeling of yearning and the impulse, on the other hand there’s the understanding that there’s a process and it takes time, so what exists between these two things?
R. I don’t understand this question.
S. Here is all day long, all day and night a constant burn and on the other hand he said in the beginning, that you have to understand you have to grow gradually, penny after penny, several years and even several lifetimes, what’s between the two?
R. We have to be concerned all the time about adding and adding to our effort to reach in order to bestow. All in all this is what we need. That’s it, but rather we have to put in the effort and whenever it will succeed, it will succeed as always in our work. There is, here, something and it’s opposite by putting maximum effort but also maximum patience and that’s how it is. On the one hand everything depends on the person, on the other hand everything depends on the Creator and how to combine these two things? When they actually come together then we enter spirituality.
S. What is the desire that a person receives from the left line as he writes here?
R. The desire a person receives from the left line is criticism, scrutinies, all of the things that come from the side of the vessel, from the right side comes the light and everything that there is in the vessel, in the light and on the left line comes everything there is on the vessel so we have to use both of them.
S. What comes from the vessel comes after a person’s exertion, that’s how it’s built?
R. Of course, a person first has to reveal himself to a certain extent, and then he begins to receive responses and from these responses he already builds himself towards the next degree.
S. Then on top of this left line, there is a place where the prayer is built, where the wholeness….?
R. The wholeness comes from both. The wholeness comes from the two of them, not from the left or the right; it’s both of them, none of them can exist without the other. Each one exists specifically thanks to the other.
7. S. (21:34) Will the falsehood appear as a result of our connection, or should we try to imagine that state? Will the falsehood be revealed as a result of our connection, or should we try and imagine the state?
R. The lie, the falsehood is revealed out of the fact that we, as you also said, try to connect between us and we see how much we are not capable of it, how much we are actually trying to lie to ourselves between us and between the Creator. The lie is revealed in that same place where we need to demand from the Creator bestowal and connection. Then the lie, the falsehood helps us to reach us the right demand, a more precise one and a more direct one.
8. S. (22:50) What does it mean that the desire of Lishma rose on the left line?
R. If it weren’t for the left line then we wouldn’t yearn for Lishma. We would simply remain in one point without the drive to advance, specifically the drive to advance awakens us to demand forces in order to advance.
9. S. (23:25) It’s not clear how a person comes to feel a distance from the truth. the lack of strength, how can he continue to do anything but to wait for the light to shine and give you a new vessel?
R. Waiting is not good, waiting, that is not good. The fact that you agree to stay in the same place, this is the worst possible thing, and this is a very common state where people just sit and wait, they are idle and despaired and feel basically, they quit and leave the path and descend to the animate degree, from the speaking degree where they were before. So it’s not good to agree with it but rather we need to realize that as it is written ‘either togetherness or death’. If we connect between us we nevertheless advance and if we do not connect between us, then we stand no chance of advancing and reaching the goal.
S. And continue to work in every state with the friends?
R. In any state, even if these are the worst possible states, even if the group doesn’t seem to you or something else, connection with others, even weak ones like with Rabbi Yosi ben Kisma, you remember the story he preferred to be with his tiny students, compared to him, he himself was a great Sage but that does not matter the most important is to be with others even small ones. But when they are together with you on the path, even willing to hear a little bit about the path, already you have a society, and you can bestow to them and they to you. S. This space is relative to what?
R. It’s our pride and ego.
S. That’s what prevents me from working but what does it mean to be patient, what is that?
R. Well because you have no choice, you have no choice, if you want to reach giving contentment to the Creator then you have no other possibility but only from the group. If you want to reach spirituality, bestowal, elevating yourself even legalistically for the time being, promoting yourself then again you have no possibility but only through the group. If you want to awaken the reforming light it also shines to the group. That it makes itself similar and similar to a ten, ten Sefirot and the spiritual structure, otherwise it doesn’t appear that the upper light cannot appear over one but only the minimum of many is two. Meaning that there should be at least two or more different but you’re yearning for connection in order to discover the quality of bestowal. Mutual bestow even a little bit. Because that is spirituality.
S. Is it correct to say that we should constantly be impatient about acting and to be infinitely patient to the result that we see from it?
R. We can say something like that.
10. S. (28:39) How do we, do you yearn from the states that the Creator is sending us?
R. Yearning out of the fact that envy, lust and honor bring a person out of this world, when I look at the others and I see how successful they are in yearning, out of the fact that ‘envy, lust and honor bring a person out of this world’, when I look at the others and I see how successful they are in right Rabbi also when he looked at his students he was jealous of them Rabbi also when he looked at his students he was jealous of them. Out of that we already began to rise.
S. You say to take all the states that the Kabbalists teach us into the connection and into the group. But oftentimes I feel that the connection comes down like a tranquilizer, like a sedative and I can’t extract an arrow for advancement.
R. I know, I understand you, but it depends on how you were directed in the ten.
S. What does that mean?
R. What is the ten directed to? You need to awaken, to stimulate each and every one in the ten as much as you have to be alert and directed, sharp towards mutual bestowal so that you will feel that. Feel that you awaken and feel the love upon the hatred and it’s impossible to want to grow without the other and so I would say that according to your words, I might say that you are simply indifferent to each other, you’re indifferent. You do not demand from them that they will awaken you, that they will relate to you, and they also relate to you this way.
11. S. (30:58) All the effort in the prayer works together without canceling each other?
R. To be concerned about this and that, I see that today the questions are about something and its opposite, so we need to be concerned about both this and that.
S. Simultaneously and prayer and in the efforts?
R. Yes because you cannot have one without the other.
12. S. (31:43) Does everything in reality can be considered a penny that joins to the account or only when we talk about certain thoughts and actions?
R. Only those that can increase for us the coming closer between us.
S. What is the benefit of the rest of the thoughts and actions if they are not pennies?
R. What benefit is in them if they do not support let’s say, thoughts and desires, if they do not support our spiritual advancement, so what’s the benefit of them. The benefit of them is disturbance and we need all these disturbances also in order to scrutinize, in order to scrutinize my disposition, how precise and true it is.
13. S. (32:47) What does it mean to bring yourself to the correct measure, that point where it happens?
R. This is why we were given it with a more precise check not just with words, but you have to scrutinize it between the friends and then you reach a state where the group agrees to it, and then you get it from the agreement of the group.
S. What is the agreement of the society?
R. That all the friends are with me in a single view, and a single heart, in a single emotion, a single mind, and then I realize that I’m in the right state.

(38:15) Meaning, that nevertheless he has an awakening from the fact that he has something in his mind, something in his emotion, even if it is in the opposite form or if in the most mutual form possible but he has some contact. Already he should be grateful because this is already something that belongs to the Creator’s salvation. The Creator is throwing something to him, this feeling, the end of the rope so that a person will be able to grip this because the person is in a state where he has no contact with spirituality. By the fact that he starts this total indifference that’s in him, he starts to feel that oh I guess this is spirituality, such guesses, is the smallest possible awakening however, it is there already and he can say to himself in his mind and his emotion and simple dry words that yes, this is spirituality for me, this is already considered the beginning of the contact and from this we can already start the path.
17. S. (39:36) Why does he start here with we must know that no ascent was lost? Why does he emphasize an ascent? Why doesn’t he say that we must know that no descent or ascent is lost? Why only the ascent?
R. Because in the ascent we nevertheless in the fact that we advance this way step-by-step we do reach the end of correction, with such small steps, this is why we take into the consideration the ascent and not the descent. With the descent we agree with the descents but as a condition on condition that this is part of the ascent. We see from everything we have it even in our world, that it’s impossible for one phenomenon to exist without the opposite phenomenon, because our whole world is built out of the fact that there is a positive force, and it created the negative force in order to add it to Himself. This is why from these two opposite parts you can say about anything that you want like the Chinese refer to it or others that through revelation and concealment this is how we reach the complete revelations so that the concealment also joins the correction in the revelation.
S. Not so that from the descent, more from the descent the lack is built to awakening from below?
R. Certainly, we need the descents in order to continue the ascents. How else can it be?
S. From this perspective I would say that it’s more important that the descents are not being lost because this is what we expected to do to get awakening from below?
R. The descents are also not lost, nothing disappears, there is no absence and spirituality, and the descent is as spiritual as the ascent because it awakens within us the desire, the yearning, the deficiency.
18. S. (42.34) The awakening when a person feels that spirituality is worth everything in this special attitude, how to reach a special attitude from the Creator?
R. To pray to the Creator from the group when you together are performing some mechanical action as much as you’re capable of and you ask of Him, that he will help you. R. Yes, you can if you agree to that prayer then you can do it. Even though the question is whether the fact that you calm yourself down that you have a prayer already, so you don’t need to connect to each other and you don’t need to think about it, and the whole matter of the prayer is that you are in these questions in discovering it, in connecting yourselves around it, this is what it’s about.
S. Is it better for us to compile a new prayer?
R. It’s better each time to renew your prayer. The fact that you had one before the lesson that’s fine but after the lesson and all throughout the day when you connect, nevertheless you have something to engage with together the most important is together.
19. S. (46:57) How can I feel egoistic love, something abominable or ugly when it helps me advance on our way? Can I then turn it into receiving an order to bestow?
R. If you realize that you have egoistic love and you’re developing the connection between you and order to somehow hold on the path and not pull from it but you must have your friends otherwise you’ll fall, if you didn’t need their help you’ll already threw them away and you go forward on your own, so if you realize that and you use it in the right way meaning that you have always something and its opposite that I am going on the path and I’m holding on to the friends because without them I cannot reach the goal, this is why I hold on to them. I hold on to the friends because otherwise I won’t have a stillness to reach the goal, et cetera, meaning I must have the friends for this and this and this, oh I begin to scrutinize that let’s say I have five conditions in order to reach the goal which the friends provide me with fuel for it, stimulation, envy, lust, honor which promote me from one state to the next and so on and so forth, then already all out of that I begin to value the society to hold on to it and I want to advance together with them like a baby that holds onto the mother because it knows that the mother is its whole life that if you were to lose her or to let go of her that’s it he can lose his life that way. She for him is the source of life and this is why he, like a little monkey, is connected to her and constantly wants to be in her hands. It’s the safest place. The safest would be when he was still inside of the mother but now when he’s already on the outside of the mother then bit by bit he moves away from her but on the condition that he knows that he can come back to her all the time, this is how we are towards the ten, truly try to see yourselves towards the ten in such a way, if you disconnect as much as you are able to connect because if you don’t come back to the ten then you are completely disconnected from the spiritual life, from the Creator, who exists there, inside, now you don’t yet feel that the Creator is in the ten, and this is how you should work on it. From this you can also develop a prayer.
20. S. (50:30) Generally the impressions that I receive from my interaction with humans and that impression give me other impressions towards Creator’s interaction with me, so I always see the example from the friends, which points that I receive fulfillment and which point I do not, what are my expectations, and only true that I can have some impressions according to the Creator. Is it a true way?
R. I can’t tell you but rather you should check it yourself. You will advance and you will direct yourself, of course there’ll be changes and this only means that you are advancing correctly, don’t be afraid of changes.
S. By time I feel that I am getting much more aggressive, brutal, I’m getting brutal not only towards outside people but towards the friends and it bothers me?
R. This is the ego, the evil inclination that it grows, this is how it grows there’s nothing you can do about it. You need to try to soften it, to explain to it to this ego how much we nevertheless need to advance on the middle line. That against the ego that will grow, you also grow on the other side from it.
S. My interaction to others, actually it’s my own expression to my ego because somehow I see others as a form of my ego and inside the more I advance I know how much anger I have towards my ego and when I see my ego as a form of a friend I am just directing that anger to it.
R. Okay each and everything that you say is something that is customary, that we’re familiar with it, we know it very well, but you should simply advance, advance.
21. S. (53:43) How does it look for a person when he does what’s written where he has to be grateful for the Creator?
R. I didn’t understand the question.
S. How would it be expressed if he does what is written?
R. This is considered that the person is connecting all of the relations he feels from the Creator that they’re all leading him on a straight path towards the goal towards adhesion, that in the end of his request he feels that he is reaching adhesion, that it is leading him towards adhesion.
22. S. (54:50) Is it allowed to enjoy connection on all levels?
R. I can’t hear it.
23. S. (55:27) It says here that a person should not say that first I’ll have an awakening from above then I’ll begin to work the holy work.
R. Say it again from the beginning.
S. It says one should know that should not say when I have an awakening from above I’ll begin to do holy work. But in the meantime I feel dirt, dust, how can I come out from it? You say pray and connect with the friends, I don’t have the energy to lift my head to the friends, in what prayer? What do I have to do before friends and prayer if I’m in the dust?
R. If you truly did everything like you’re saying, and you have nothing else to do the Creator will make sure that the friends will come to you.
S. They will come to me?
R. Yes, sure.
S. What do I do in the meantime?
R. There’s no in the meantime, if you did everything then you’re not capable of doing anything more than your feeling is such that it’s all done, it’s the end, then the Creator will awaken the friends and they will come to you.
S. They’ll come to me, and I won’t have to go to them?
R. But it’s not that you think about it in advance but rather you have done everything that you are capable of doing and then you reach a state where the friends already help you.
S. I need this concept explained, what do I have to do that I haven’t done yet?
R. You have to reach all the way to the end.
S. What does it mean all the way to the end?
R. All the way to the end It’s either togetherness or death.
S. You’re totally dead.
R. Okay so die, why not? Why not?
S. They leave you in the air, hanging, not alive or dead.
R. That’s not good, that means it’s not the end yet.
24. S. (57:33) Is it allowed to enjoy a connection on all levels, or we have to be aware from falling into corporeal pleasure and self-love?
R. Even connection between the friends that is truly corporeal, that likes to sit together and have beer, let’s say that too is good, that too is good, even that promotes them nevertheless toward some connection.
25. S. (58:07) You teach us that inside each state, even the worst possible state, exist two states, both the pressure and the love simultaneously, so what should support it when the love is not expressed yet?
R. We need to give an example to the friends, of how much, as if, love them, it’s difficult it’s very difficult for me it was very hard and until now even, now it’s been like that throughout the whole path until the end of correction but there’s nothing you can do about it, there’s nothing you can do about it. The law is a law.
S. Ultimately what has to happen to expressing love when it exists inside, is there some equivalence?
R. Yes the fact that you want to help the friends by presenting your love to them, that too joins your love.
26. S. (59:37) During such a time when one has no strength I keep asking the Creator to help. What else can we do to connect as one man and one heart?
R. I see next to you very strong friends, experienced with a lot of experience so don’t cry to me that you have nothing to do, turn to them and ask of them properly and you will see how much they will give you good answers, correct answers. They are wise, they are experienced and onward.
27. S. (01:00:46) What is the reason that a person receives an awakening from above?
R. The reason that a person receives awakening from above is that he needs to be awakened in order for him to reach his correction. If not our egoistic will to receive is death, it is dead, it cannot move on its own. Meaning it moves but on the condition that it receives something but in the direction of the goal the spiritual go it cannot move. This is why it is awakened; it’s been through all kinds of such awakenings in order for it to perform actions that are anti egoistic but what is that how is it possible? Through actions of envy, pride, honor, control and then it can be moved. And it can be moved, and it moves, and it performs certain actions and out of these actions even though they are egoistic actions, that it wants to achieve but in the meantime it is performing an anti-egoistic action some kind of movement, and then it advances.
28. S. (01:02:22) Why did you say that if people sit and wait and they are despaired then they descend to the animate degree, the verse says that a penny and penny add up to a great amount?
R. It also says a fool sitting idly by eating its own flesh, they don’t advance there, they’re putting their despairs together, cry together, that’s the worst possible thing.
29. S. (01:02:59) How can we as a ten reach a state where we begin to relate to self-love as nasty, loathsome that it’s not worth living?
R. It’s not yet, not for now, may we reach these forms of connections of love.
30. S. (01:03:29) On one hand we need infinite patience on the other hand to have lack of patience, how does that work out?
R. This depends on what am I aimed at and also depends on what I’m connected to. With what desire I am using, my desire or the desire of the group the friends and accordingly I change.
31. S. (01:04:12) Should we cancel all of our bodily desires in order to achieve Lishma?
R. No, what do all the physical desires have to do with reaching Lishma? I have to first try and see before me in the ten, my group and accordingly somehow detect how I am aimed at spirituality. Accordingly, how am I using that everything that has to do with spirituality and what is not, has nothing to do with spirituality. I’m not using and that’s how I advance. It’s not like all of the physical desires. This way I will never reach the goal.
32. S. (01:05:21) As a world group can we hasten the gathering of the pennies?
R. Of course, the world group can connect us together strongly, quickly, quickly, and powerfully. It all depends on the world group, if we decide on that together then certainly we will succeed. I highly recommend for you to think in that direction, men, and women, how can we collect ourselves, reinforce ourselves, embrace in such a way, that we would not feel any differences between us in anything and only the hearts will connect into one heart.
33. S. (01:06:32) What actually is false, is a lie as the state of receiving in order to receive, it’s also a part of the plan of creation?
R. This is part of the plan of creation in order to reveal the will to receive in order to receive is opposite from the Creator and therefore it’s not existing in spirituality but only in corporeality, in an opposite form compared to the truth. Therefore in order to receive, has no part in the future.
34. S. (01:07:21) A great fear appears towards the Creator when in the prayer in the ten, you suddenly realize how far you are from the Creator. How to believe in myself when I raise a prayer and bestow contentment to Him?
R. Only through connection I don’t have anything else to say, again and again it’s the same answer, again and again the same answer. Anyone who cannot connect to her group, I’m not saying she should quit the path, no God forbid. But nevertheless we need to take into consideration each and everything, even pass a participation where she cannot connect with the women groups, still she is on the path. Maybe not the center of movement but nevertheless she is there, so don’t let go in any way shape or form on the one hand. On the other hand, we have to try and see how each time we agree more and more to this idea of connection all of us in spite of our ego in one heart.
35. S. (01:09:22) It’s not important to see the faces or hear the voices, it’s important to feel one heart. One friend keeps repeating your words that inner actions are what is important, but she connects to the meetings less and less, so what should we do about it?
R. Show her that this is incorrect, we still live in this world therefore we must also work in corporeality, also in corporeality.

R. We cannot expect any results from the exertion because then we will have an exertion without a goal. For the time being our goal is egoistic you must attain something, so let’s advance and do what we can and don’t not bring ourselves to such a height where we don’t understand how we can exist in this way.
37. S. (01:10:43) In self annulment do I elevate the group or is it two separate actions, what is the difference? What does it mean Rabbi Yosi Ben Kisma raised the group to his level?
R. He appreciated his friends and his students and that’s why he could connect with them and together with them he reached higher degrees, the kind that he could never have reached by himself. Because the connection in the group is the highest means, the highest one that can be compared to each and every person.

R. You can say that, yes.
39. S. (01:11:45) Sometimes the Creator corrects with a strike or a blow that I suffer, and I feel like I am in hell. Why does he make the correction in such a way?
R. He is making the corrections in an optimal fashion both from the side of connection, on the side of advancement on all sides. That’s why we have to take it all with love the way that he does it with love.
40. S. (01:12:21) How is it possible to proceed to the descent, to be ready for it?
R. It is practically impossible, we have to be prepared for it mechanically not internally, internally we cannot, but mechanically. Meaning that I agree to a descent because I prepared my vessel, the group, the study, everything. Therefore I’m not afraid of the descent, I have the means to quickly recuperate.
41. S. (01:13:06) Can I turn to my ego and explain to it and persuade it, how do we do it?
R. Only the group. All the questions are where can I do it but not in the group and I keep answering only in the group. That’s our problem, really. Connect a bit more, do it, just shut your eyes and do, you’ll see all the questions resolve themselves. Otherwise every day, every morning in the morning lesson I have to convince such a group of women, strong, beautiful, nice that they have to connect. Enough already.

R. I don’t know, that is something you need to decide, you need to decide you’re living in your life and your time, and I don’t know. 43. S. (01:17:55) How can we know that we are really connected to the friends in the ten?
R. If you will be truly connected with the friends in the ten, you will feel in the connection between you and the Creator. That is the answer.
44. S. (01:18:39) You said that we shouldn’t feel differences between us, the question is, should there not be differences in the group or also between me and the group? Because I feel very different from them, the opposite, they are bestowing, and I am receiving. Will I always stay a receiver forever or will I ever be like them?
R. With certainty we will each come to a state where we receive from the group because we want to give to the group, and once reception and bestowal towards the group will be completely from the desire to bestow from the intention to bestow. Therefore don’t worry you will come to a state in which your intention will be in bestowal and the action will be in according to what you need in order to implement the intention to bestow.
45. S. (01:19:46) It’s written, I have exerted and found?
R. We read in the letter where he explains to us that the old person walks kind of hunched over as if he’s lost something and he’s searching for something on the ground. An elder means that he has acquired wisdom, that’s what makes him be called older that he has wisdom, the wisdom of life and that he’s searching for something because even before he comes to a state that it’s being disclosed to him from the heavens, he’s already looking for it himself and this is how he advances.
S. Where does he get the deficiency?
R. From the outside, from the friends, where else can we get this deficiency? The deficiency we don’t have we only take from the group. You can’t get deficiency from the world in your degree, only lower, animal vegetative and still.

R. By you wanting to connect, discussing it, working on it, and requesting the Creator to awaken this common deficiency between you.
