1. Rav’s Introduction: Our next stage which is to scrutinize where precisely is the failure, the point of failure, the point of the effort that we need to make and where we need to put our heart in and advance. This actually turns out that when we want to connect between us like we talked before the lesson, that if I try to be closer to the friends, it is there actually that I need to discover the shattering, the ruin, the Straits. That I’m not able, I’m not capable I don’t want it, there is something that is obstructing me, making it difficult for me towards connection. I can do anything but connection. There precisely we attain the evil inclination and the Creator, who did it in such a way that we are not able to get closer to each other, however we attain the Creator in the opposite manner, in His posterior. That if we want to connect we feel resistance conflict and this is exactly the Creator’s posterior, the degree of coarseness between us. Therefore as much as we try to connect between us then we feel that we cannot, we need to also realize along with that, that we are in the right state and in the right direction. If before us there is something which is difficult, there’s a wall before us that we cannot go through and then we begin to search to look for advice. How can we nevertheless break through this force that is hindering us from connecting because that’s the only thing we lack in order to be in a complete ten Sefirot in a uniform system. Then we simply need, and this is called an opening for those who knock in repentance, that we need to see before us gates that are closed locked, but we don’t even see the gates, we need to locate them when we try to connect between us and then we realize that we cannot and that we are rejected from each other and we are willing to stay like that so long as we don’t get closer. It takes a lot of time even years, until we feel that we have no choice, that only coming closer, touching each other, connecting with each other supporting each other, mutual help and only that can help us to get closer to the Creator. That here the friend becomes such an important part of my future, of my attainment, of my grip on the Creator that the force without Him, I cannot do it. All of the friends, if they will want that I will get closer to the Creator, then I will get closer and if they don’t give me the strength then I will not get closer. Here I have nothing with which to buy them but only in that I do the same thing for them. This mutual doing that we support each other in order for each one of us to receive, it sounds egoistic, but it is true that each one gives the other forces in order to bring them closer to the Creator. This gives him as well, the right to receive from them the power that brings him to the Creator. In this way this mutual manor, this Arvut, we advance. Of course behind the scenes is the Creator and He is helping us, all of us together and each one separately to take part and to enter into this mutual system. This actually is our work to come out from the straits, Metzil from Mitzrayim, ‘straits’, it’s a narrow place, a place which is stressed and under pressure where you have nowhere to run to like being in a dungeon. We feel this is how we are inside our nature, and we cannot come out of it to a higher place to bestow, to love, to connection. Then in this way bit by bit in the feeling of The Straits we advance to a state where our connection brings us the unity of the forces which lead us and bring us from our egoistic form to the right connection, then as a result of the correct connection inside of the center of it, the Creator is revealed. This actually is the state in which we are all together and it is called between the Straits. That we feel narrow, under pressure and want to come out, we can no longer hold on in that, as we were holding on all the time. It wasn’t too bad; okay it was bothering us a little bit but it’s not too bad. I have the lesson I have my life, maybe some business on the side or something else, but between the Straits means that I feel that I am being pushed to the corner and I have nowhere to run to but only up. Through the connection between us and to the Creator. Let’s enter our excerpts and let’s see what people who have been through all these things like us write about it, that we have to go through it and what do they say about it. In the meantime we can hear.

2. S. (09:01) You said that this period, it pushes you to Bina and you have nowhere to go, only upwards. We see that this period is somewhat connected with all kinds of attempts, difficult states, what is that pushing of Bina into the corner?

R. Each one of us is given earthly corporeal conditions in this world and a goal, the upper world. This is according to the will to receive that is within a person, in other words to the root of his soul and therefore one of us should try from the state that he is in, mostly to try to reach connection and reach the Creator as it is written from the love of people to the love of the Creator. This is how one should see his way in the fact that each one is in his different corporeal state in this world, and this is according to the root of the soul, there’s nothing we can do about it. I remember myself the way everyone looked at me 50 years ago when I was in Russia and Belarus. It’s a place where they hardly heard about Israel and I wanted to come out of there so badly and I had to get out, I had no choice, and I don’t want anything except for that. Then you see, even though they were pressuring me from all sides, don’t go away, don’t get out, they could put you in prison. No, I have to. That is the way. It was after a few years I did that, and it’s the same here until I reached a state where I found the wisdom of Kabbalah. It’s not that I found it, from the heavens they lead the person, but nevertheless at each and every state in my life I wanted to reach something that will explain to me that essence of life, the wisdom of life. They need to answer the questions of why we are living, why do we live, and this is how I advanced towards this answer. We go through different states, each one of us corporeal ones and spiritual ones and we have to realize that the most important is to stay in the same lane, that I want to scrutinize what am I living for? This question becomes more and more focused on finding out where does it come from or even more correctly who does it come from? From the upper force who is awakening me personally. And this is how we will advance in which forms we will advance along with that in the corporeal life, and we will see. I think that we will have changes, great changes in that as well. Also regions of Eastern Europe and also America and all the different continents, we are yet to see how much we will all be able to connect and together corporeally and spiritually we will achieve the purpose of our life.

S. In the example that you gave where you traveled to Israel and later you came to the Rabash and these were all great efforts, kind of explosions on your behalf and with Rabash you started to engage in dissemination intensively. With us everything kind of flows, there is a group that is ready. We are in this flow, and we are not doing any kind of eruptions of sorts that are kind of in haste like you did. What would that effort be for us?

R. Yes indeed I can say that I was in the foundation of disseminating the Wisdom of Kabbalah to the broad public to the secular public. What you can do, well we have plenty to do, as we hear from Baal HaSulam, the world is before in the general correction of the last generation. We have to search for more and more attentive ears that will listen, what do people live for, why are we alive, the Creator is giving us suffering and everyone is feeling that we are before broad suffering all over the world for everyone. The rich and the poor and the great and the small, the fools and the wise it doesn’t matter who they are what they are. Everyone will feel that there were a few nice, good ears and there’s this feeling that we will advance now more and more to the good but no. We will not advance to the better corporeal materialistic state, we will have to think about what good truly means and to advance towards the good where we will already choose different discernments and different values. This is what we have ahead of us and so you have work, a lot of work. During the times when I started publicizing I didn’t even see any people who need that, to understand the need for it, but the wisdom of Kabbalah, what is this psychology, what is this for, is it a religion you need to pray, what is it that you want? Until it started to become clear a little bit from them to me to everyone and a lot of time went by, a lot of time. And I went into all kinds of organizations, and I gave them the opportunity to use me in free lectures for everyone in whatever they want, it’s just about whether they have someone who will listen. I also traveled to all kinds of places, to schools and so on, it was difficult. Until maybe through this, maybe through time, but people started to listen. Later on I got into the radio, and I started giving conversations on the radio once a week. I wrote short articles in the newspaper for money, and I sent it to them so that they would put it in the newspaper. I did many things I no longer remember but this is how it works; everything depends on the amount of the effort and the quality of the effort. Now it’s a bit easier, the audience understands better that their future is going to be materialistic and there’s no promising good future ahead of us and also the youth, the younger generation they are totally different. In my time it was very materialistic. They wanted work that pays a lot of money, children family, a big house and so on and so forth all kinds of materialistic things. Nowadays, yes but differently, it’s different of course a person wants these things as well but it’s already different. You need to find ways to the young generation. I can no longer talk to them but try, with all your forces, because in that nevertheless our future is only through the dissemination of the Wisdom of Kabbalah and according to that we will have to be more tight with each other.

3. S. (20:19) You said there is a wall in front of us, should we break through the wall, or should we create a ladder and go over it? What is behind the wall?

R. We are standing before a wall, this wall is our ego, the will to receive in order to receive that is the wall. If I realize that behind this wall are the friends and the Creator is there, the friends can help me, well nevertheless to somehow go over the wall, the Creator can help me through the friends to cross the wall. If I engage in this in the right way then we are able to cross the Wall and to enter a connection between us in a mutual connection and to start to discover the Creator in it. This is already called the Garden of Eden.

4. S. (22:14) We devote things in the ten, will it help us? Trying to keep us from being…

R. Repeat the question please.

S. To increase the time of prayer between us, will that be able to help us exit the state of the shattering faster?

R. It is written, it is better with a little intention, why is it better to have little, it should be a lot but with an intention but no that is impossible but rather we need to yearn towards unity towards the intention. How we aim our heart and the quantity a person can work all that during the hours of the day and can constantly think about all kinds of things that used to do because of work. Rabash would work as an accountant in the IRS, the income tax department and he was calculating all kinds of things and all the things that they needed to do, they didn’t have computers back then. Indeed he would burn a lot of time working with his brain doing his work, however the thing is how much do we want to aim our hearts, and this is why it’s better to do little but with an intention, it is correct.

5. S. (24:39) We talked earlier about the question of what is the meaning of life and several things that you did to disseminate the Wisdom of Kabbalah to tell people. Now people are with corporeal desires are different and the point in their heart does not open up or not adhered to it yet. Can we actually give them something that their desire is not interested in? Can you open the point of the heart to a person?

R. Well we need to see how we need to become craftsman artists in that even though a person wants all kinds of corporeal things he also has there a desire to understand what is he living for, why is he doing it, what does he have in life, how will he finish in life, how did he finish the day that he knows that he can plan that but how will he end life? That he doesn’t know, so bit by bit and all kinds of different forms, today we have books that you can bring them to read and later on you can take it back. I always had a few books with me that were suitable for beginners and when I would speak to a person a few words I would say, ‘Oh you know I have by chance of some books that I could give you for a week and indeed after a week I would demand from him the book and this is how I used to be like a mobile library.

6. S. (26:32) To stop running from what’s pressuring you is…?

R. Well we’re going to read now so try to understand and just listen and you will have fewer questions.

 Reading Between the Straits. #55 (27:07) “On these three weeks on the 17th ….” Twice

7. R. (29:32) This speaks about many things that occurred because of it, that on these three weeks that we’re now also going through on the calendar the tablets were broken those that were given to Moses on Mount Sinai and on the 9th of the month of Av which we will go through in a few days the temple was ruined for the first time meaning the first temple 2000 years ago. On the second, Israel was exiled that again there was an exile of this nation but indeed all this was a preparation. For by this they will later be rewarded with a great light because all of these troubles, all these Exiles, it’s in order for the person or people or nation to feel how much they are far away from the upper light from the Creator, from connection, from spirituality. Therefore this whole preparation which we feel as problems it is necessary but indeed all this was a preparation as it is written ‘For by this they will later be rewarded with great light.’ It was said about the breaking of the tablets, well done for breaking meaning well thank you very much in short for doing this breaking of these tablets on which were written the Ten Commandments. For by breaking the tablets they were rewarded with the light of Torah. Earlier it was written in a broken manner when we correct this breaking this shattering we attained the entire light of Torah that was concealed in this light that broke the tablets. On the 9th of Av the Messiah was promptly born. The Messiah is an upper force that comes and corrects the connection between all of the people in the world, all human beings. As it is written in the Midrash, that the ruin of the temple was a preparation for the building of the Third Temple that will be and the two temples that were broken and over the lights and the Third Temple will already be established within a complete form, then it will be a complete Redemption that will not be followed by any Exile. This is what we have to attain, ahead of us in only the complete Redemption which is for everyone. Complete meaning for all the nations of the world and for everyone, there will be the revelation of the Creator in the form of complete NRNHY. This is what we have to reach, and it all depends on us. Everything is ahead of us.

8. S. (33:28) If you could explain to us why the ruin of the temple is actually the preparation for the new Temple?

R. It’s like the refinement of the Partzufim that a Partzuf that we build is established and it’s establishing a good and correct way, but it lacks the next degree. In order for the next degree to be built we have to sort out to scrutinize what is missing in this structure, why it wasn’t established completely in a full measure. Then we need to see the faults, the deficiencies in order to see the faults we build it, we break it and build it anew this is how it works. We have the building over the first form and a building over the second form and a building over the third form which no longer depends on us, it comes from above. This is that in our heart a force will come that will connect the hearts and we will already connect in a spiritual manner. These temples, the first and the second they existed also in matter in rocks in Jerusalem they would build it, but the Third Temple will not be established on its own, people don’t build it. Rather the fact that they connect between them, so they build out of their desires a new desire that comes as a result of the connection of the hearts. This is how we should see this and attain it and see this is actually happening. It is only happening between us, between everyone and not only in some or one place but rather in the whole of reality, and it ties everyone, and we all connect, we all gather, and we all unite so that they are not many hearts but there is one heart for all of us. This is considered that we are coming back returning to the same structure of a single man, a single Adam, Adam HaRishon. But now it is established with all of these forces similar to The Creator equal to the Creator.

9. S. (36:50) The writings talk about something temporary. Do these states come one after the other or in one whole moment everything happens?

R. I did not understand what he was saying. Speak clearly.

S. It is written about a specific concrete time here, so I wanted to know whether we need to think that these words were written about some unique time and place?

R. Yes, about a special time and place, just like Baal HaSulam writes in the letter and also in the article, that we are in a period of time called the period of the Messiah. Our time, it is written about that in our time.

10. S. (38:01) You’re talking about NRHNY but how is it in the material life, it is immigration. How can we imagine this as coming back home? 

R. We don’t need to imagine anything, and I don’t know what you’re imagining when you’re saying NRHNY. We are talking about the connection and in the intensity of connection for us to come to some spiritual light then we will feel it. Don’t fantasize anything else about it.

11. S. (38:54) What is in the breaking of the tablets so that we attain the light of Torah and what is the light of Torah and what is the breaking of the tablets that they speak about?

R. The light of Torah is the upper force actually including all of the forces, the forces of bestowal which illuminate upon us to the extent and which we yearn for bestowal. Why is it called Torah, since it comes to us in a gradual way through five parts the five parts of the Torah and also in all kinds of other pieces and parts until it’s broken down into portions, and this is so that we will correct ourselves.

S. What are the tablets? What does he speak about the tablets, the tablets of Torah or what is it?

R. The Torah was given on two tablets right and left. You have many explanations about it, the two tablets of the Covenant. You can read the books about it also, how should we say this, that this is right and left, simply two forms of behavior of the Creator with the created beings.

S. Is this related to what it says, write the Torah on the tablet of your heart, are these things related?

R. Always everything is connected to everything of course there is a connection. You need to receive all of these laws upon your desire and to stabilize your will to receive in such a way that it on its own will be as its source of Torah.

12. R. (45:49) We can see how everyone expected the upper light to come and correct the souls and for them to be able to ascend easily to a spiritual degree and live in an eternal world right there on the spot, but it didn’t happen and then they explain why this didn’t happen. This is all because this has to be the special time just as Baal HaSulam says that we have already entered the generation of the Messiah the last generation.

13. S. (46:61) Since these words were written five hundred years have passed and still what is this anticipation, this expectation that Rav Chaim Vital writes about is if he’s waiting for it to happen every minute, what is this anticipation?

R. The expectation is that the upper light will come and sanctify everyone, and everyone will advance this way towards the Creator.

S. Yes but we know that it’s not something that you know where time goes by and then it comes?

R. First of all in every generation the wisdom of Kabbalah is revealed a little more and clearer of what is missing. In our generation already everything is open and therefore Kabbalists never wrote that we’re entering or that are that were in the generation of the Messiah, no. They expected it but not that we are already in it, we can truly be in that. Big problems can come, and great troubles can come just like Baal HaSulam writes, Rabash writes, about the third world-war but actually we have nothing more to expect. There will not be big revelations but rather we will reveal the spiritual world, the Creator that is drawing us and behind us, drawing the whole of humanity.

S. On one hand, the conditions are clear, on the other hand we don’t manage to keep them for five hundred years already, why is it so?

R. No, this is great advancement, you don’t understand what happened, the wisdom of Kabbalah was revealed in the world. It wasn’t that way, say two thousand years ago a little more was revealed about the external Torah and five hundred years ago when the Book of Zohar was written but it was concealed. Understand it was not long ago and then it was revealed by the Ari the essence of the Wisdom of Kabbalah and then great Kabbalists came. The Hassidim who developed the Wisdom of Kabbalah revealed it. What does it mean develop? It’s not like scientists but also discover through themselves, upon themselves the laws of the spiritual nature and then they write about it. It’s this whole life five hundred years after the passing of the Ari and how Ramchal operated, Baal Shem Tov such people, and then in our times already closer to us, there is Baal HaSulam and Rabash. These people opened the wisdom of Kabbalah for you, without them what would you understand? What would you understand if you were to read the Tree of Life by the Ari or the study of the study of ten Sefirot if you were to read it? These are the books that are written from the people that are already in spirituality, you understand? And it’s clear to them what they need to reveal. Then when they read these books, these texts, these texts explain to them where they are but if I want to get to that, well open that study of the ten Sefirot, see what is written. There you can imagine whatever you want but bottom line to the matter, you can’t discover a thing and it won’t help you, so others read it a little as a virtue as a Segula, but you can’t learn anything from it. Without the articles, without the letters which we are learning in the first part of the lesson which is the main thing, without the introductions of Baal HaSulam you wouldn’t understand why it was written and for what and what it talks about. You would imagine to yourself all kinds of things that are completely distant from the spiritual truth.

S. We see that external conditions needed to write in order for the advancement in the wisdom of Kabbalah in addition to great Kabbalists? 

R. Also the external conditions but also the internal conditions.

S. Besides the internal conditions that we talk about all the time of connection in the ten and turning to the Creator, what other external conditions do we need to become ready in our generation?

R. We need to advertise what we have and the words of Baal HaSulam and Rabash. To tell about the spiritual work that each of us is somewhat capable of and to do something. By that we merit the revelation of the Creator to the created beings in this world which is the essence of the wisdom of Kabbalah.

14. S. (53:11) On the one hand I feel shame because of how much the Tzadikim longed and craved for this generation for the correction of the world. As I’m looking at myself and thanks to God I am rewarded to study in this generation, but I don’t have that fear, I don’t have that feeling of responsibility as Rav Chaim Vital had and it puts me in great shame. Why don’t I feel that I am responsible? 

R. You are right. I am happy to hear that you are envious of them because envy helps greatly. You have a good desire, you have a good heart, you just need to use it more and with a little bit more patience and it will all come, I promise you. If you continue like you are now you will get to truly be great but don’t lower yourself but continue every day.

15. S. (54:54) I heard about your experience in dissemination, and I hear about the Sages what they are writing to us, and you know we have the morning lesson and this amazing afternoon lesson which is really amazing. Are we supposed to just wait for the Creator to come and shake us up or we should maybe awaken ourselves and how do we do that and to come and realize this?

R. I didn’t understand.

S. He’s asking if we should sit and wait for the Creator or we ourselves have to awaken it and make the effort to realize the new state?

R. No, we are not allowed to wait, we need to act, we need to be drawn to Him, to demand Him, to pull Him, to attract Him from His concealment to revelation through the internal work between us. As much as we will be tighter between us, I, you, and more and more people, by that we are bringing the Creator closer to us we are pulling Him, we’re drawing Him to us and that’s how it happens. Do this kind of exercise everyday as much as you are tightly bonding yourself to one another around the globe, that is how you are pulling the Creator towards you. The Creator seeks where the multitude of people as we call it.

16. S. (56:54) I have two questions, the first question is about what we read, what is the remedy to our flesh?

R. What we expect.

S. Of course we are making efforts and we are giving each other forces all the time to overcome more and more to connect with each other to bestow. You said along the way one of the conditions is to see the gates that are closed and locked. What is this condition seeing the locked gates?

R. That if we work in a good way we see Gates that are locked before us. Meaning we are not let in to enter spirituality and then we need to assemble even more, connect, and attack these gates, then we will feel them. There are also beautiful articles about this in the Zohar, the ascent of the prayer and the bringing down of the prayer. There are many others that we can find from these sources and read them, how we break down the Gates.

17. S. (58:14) The ruin of the Temple, is it caused by something that was lacking in the spiritual work? What should we do so that the temple that we will build will not be ruined, will not be broken?

R. We learned that only the connection between us and to the Creator is what stands before us in order to succeed. Try to do that and you will see that you can attain it all. Only in the connection between you and appealing to the Creator. 

18. S. (59:26) He writes, so long as the temple is not built it is thought it is ruined and broken in our time, should we reach such a feeling or is it not for us yet?

R. We need to come to the feeling that the temple has been ruined, of course because it has been ruined. On our degree we will come to see that it is ruined, how do we erect it from this ruin? By uniting in a higher level above it and there too we work more until we feel that it has been ruined and we work in order for it to be connected and rise and this is how it is.

19. S. (01:00:26) The Creator built and destroyed the first and the second temple, what is the meaning of it in our stories in the Third Temple, what is the difference between the third one and the previous ones?

R. The first Temple and the second Temple are for the lights, the smaller lights, the light of Nefesh and Hassadim and the Third Temple is for the light of Hochma, which is upon all of NRNHY. It stands and includes within it all the vessels and all the lights; hence it is called a complete Temple.

20. S. (01:01:56) If I would have truly studied five hundred years ago, the writings of the Ari, maybe five hundred years wouldn’t be enough for me to understand anything there.

R. Certainly.

S. But you said there was a remedy or virtue in it, Segula, they used it as a virtue so do we need the explanation actually or maybe without the explanations of Baal HaSulam or Rabash would the virtue work more on us, how should we understand this?

R. Every generation has also the shattered vessels, that it learns how to correct and the means to correct etc. You work with what you have. Don’t learn from there. We need to learn from the kabbalists who are with us together. You cannot use what was a thousand or two thousand years ago.

S. Can we say that with time, just like they brought, instead of eating bread with salt, we have the reforming light so for us now, is it the connection?

R. Baal HaSulam writes about that, in specifics, that it is like that. These are the means that in each generation the Kabbalists develop for us.

21. S. (01:03:16) I remember that we studied with you, and you told us that with the first temple and the time of the second temple it was a lot easier to attain spirituality. Now it is such a time, where everything is really terrible and we can’t attain anything, so why does this happen, why the decline of the generations?

R. Because that is also how it is written about the generation of the Messiah. That it will be very difficult. On one hand, everything will be open, enter any store over the internet on your personal device, whatever you want, everything is before you, but we don’t want it, we don’t get it. Therefore, we need to see how all these things also come closer and also distance, there’s nothing you can do.

S. Is there a spiritual reason for that?

R. The reason is that these are the vessels that are being revealed from the shattering; therefore you also need to reveal greater reflected light because the shattering in them is deeper, is greater.

22. S. (01:04:34) Can we be calmer in our times because we have the remedy? In the past they didn’t have the remedy, the cure for the disease but we have the remedy, we have the possibility to disseminate and to study so what are we lacking in order to reach it?

R. We are missing a desire of our own for it to be great and whole.

23. R. (01:06:58) This is a very important thing that it’s not enough to just study the Torah and know what’s in the books but rather we need to work on ourselves on the will to receive to correct it to bring our heart closer to your heart and this way all the hearts, meaning to connect the desires, to try to connect the desires to that one system that was before the shattering to see the extent in which we are not capable and to ask the Creator to do this for us that’s what we need, therefore it’s not enough that they learned and knew all kind of things that are written in all the books rather if they wouldn’t observe it in their heart in the correction of the heart then the ruin comes once more and replace the temple, they didn’t want to connect between them even though there were sages amongst them wise amongst them they didn’t want to connect, they were thrown the Romans came and threw all the Jews from the line of Israel and that’s how everything came to ruin two thousand years ago. Read it again.

26. S. (01:10:20) Baal HaSulam here in this excerpt gives and very strong blow to many circles many people when he says that people put aside the most important point and they engage in the externality but I can see in my eyes that people actually settle for these external things they feel good they are successful, will there ever be a possibility on our side to approach these people and tell them that there is some very central principle here which they have left aside?

R. I don’t see it as my work. I see my work in supplying what is needed for correction to whoever wants to whoever is aimed towards this but not to whoever doesn’t want to even hear about it. If a person feels sufficiently to all kinds of external religious actions I don’t approach them ever, and I don’t think of his correction because he doesn’t think about his correction, he thinks he’s perfect. Therefore we only approach people who have what to talk about, about the corruption of the nature of man and the correction of the nature of man about the attainment of the Creator, attainment yes, revelation of the Creator and not observants of all kinds of external actions like Rabash would call them, customs. We don’t teach the customs and we don’t observe the customs, all together we teach a person how to observe love thy neighbor as yourself just like he wrote here. That’s it because in keeping this commandment we keep the whole Torah as it’s written it’s a rule that includes all the Torah.

S. From my experience, we went through … we have many students, with many friends who actually had great potential to advance in spiritually. They understood everything, they connected but at some stage they went back and settled for external deeds, and this is my question. Those who wanted to advance, they had a strong enough power to overcome the externality, how can we guard them?

R. It depends on the root of the soul, and we see this among our friends once, where they couldn’t sustain themselves with us, where they will adhere to external actions, and they saw in the external actions all that a person needs and it’s really good. I get up in the morning, I do all kinds of factions that the religion demands of me and feel myself as whole and all day long I walk around in joy that I am special, that I’m higher than everyone and this is how I feel with that sensation I go through the whole day. It’s worthwhile therefore our ego, our will to receive, supports, promotes us thinking that way, therefore we see how many religious people from so many kinds, Jews, Christians, and Muslims so many. Because it is good, he holds them, supports the ego of the person, raises a person above all. Where is in the wisdom of Kabbalah, what do we see? We discover that we are weak and that we need to ask the Creator for correction, and we have rejection from the friends in place of connecting against our nature this way. Therefore not many people come to the wisdom of Kabbalah but soon all kinds of conditions would be revealed in the world. People will understand that only through the wisdom of Kabbalah there is the path to truth, not just to calm each other down, we will overcome and attain the upper force truly.

27. S. (01:15:49) About the conditions for corrections, do the conditions change or are these conditions what determine according to everything that happens, according with the certain time, like the shattering of the tablets, the first temple, second temple. Does it have to do anything with the four phases of the direct light?

R. The conditions of the corrections is according to the four phases of the direct light, according to the 4 degrees of coarseness in the vessels, that’s why in each and every generation a special layer of the general clear is being revealed. That’s why in each and every generation even in the wisdom of Kabbalah and in general the matter of correction, it has its own expression but it’s all according to the same style, coarseness is revealed and accordingly we need the light that reforms to that coarseness that has been revealed.

28. S. (01:17:19) Why publishing the wisdom of Kabbalah to the whole world is a great correction that is needed?

R. Ask again please.

S. Why is the publishing of the wisdom of Kabbalah to the whole world a great correction?

R. That’s because by that I am waking other people to take part in each and every one’s personal correction without which no one will do it. We will not reach the general correction of the whole structure of Adam, Adam HaRishon. That’s why publishing the wisdom of Kabbalah, the method of correction, is not only for us to correct something but rather with that we draw the light that reforms, with that we bring the broken souls closer to the light that reforms and that upper lights bestows to everything we do for them, and we do a lot. Specifically, if we talked about that we can be proud, we caused many people to come closer to correction.

29. S. (01:19:06) If God didn’t want us to kill, why do they say that they killed 3,000 men by the word of the Creator? What was it they killed? Was it humans or is it aspects of the ego?

R. I’m not going into history, and I don’t understand it and I don’t think about that, what I think about that is what it belongs to me. They kill, I guess I have to kill, I guess that was the correction. Later when we grow you will understand that until a person understands these things inside correctly, it is best if you don’t explain it to them, because they will understand it in a crooked way.

30. S. (01:20:10) Our ten is confused about, if we are building the Third Temple now, how can the building and the shattering of the first and second Temple help us? 

R. Specifically, by us building the Third Temple we use all these shatterings of the first and second temples, that’s why the Third Temple can be established and exist.

31. S. (01:24:08) How to take advantage of the state between the straits to take this pressure and happiness as a gift from the Creator to the right direction?

R. This is truly so. When an illness is being revealed for the ill person, previously he didn’t know what he had but he felt bad so now he’s happy that now the illness is understood, and you will find the remedy, and everything will be okay. It is written about it in many sources that when the temple was ruined Kabbalist were happy, they laughed, it was a holiday for them when the Temple was ruined. 32. S. (01:28:55) In this time during the Straits, is there a stronger illumination of the upper light?

R. Of course the upper light shines always but on behalf of the lower ones from below there is not enough Hassadim, mercy. That’s why these upper lights are not revealed in their intensity, but it is the opposite, the smaller lights shine to hold it. When this time passes everything becomes better even though in the day that the Temple is ruined on the 9th of the month of Av, on that same day this Temple has to be resurrected. Meaning that broken vessel the spiritual vessel, that same vessel will have to be reconnected and the Creator should be revealed to the created beings with all his light.

33. S. (01:30:27) What is the jump that a person has to do every day?

R. That whatever he discovers to be bad with the relation with the others he has to correct it to become good for others and to add it and join it together so it will be a vessel to reveal the Creator according to equivalence of form between his relation to others and they create a relation to everyone. Then they will meet together, where in the vessel of others in the ten.

34. S. (01:31:12) The generation that the Temple is not built, it is as if it was shattered, and it stays. What does that mean for us? 

R. That it is simple, if today for instance we don’t reach a state that is the Temple, meaning the connection between us that is called a Temple. A complete corrected connection between us is revealed and that is the Temple. If it’s not revealed it is a sign that we are still in the ruin.

35. S. (01:31:59) What is the making of the golden calf?

R. The making of the golden calf is, I wouldn’t go into explaining all these details, no, we shouldn’t. There would be more questions than answers. Ask about our work, making a golden calf is when we try to imagine our ego, the will to receive being holy, great.

36. S. (01:32:44) Is doing all the Commandments Idol worshiping if it’s not aimed towards love your friend as yourself?

R. Correct.

37. S. (01:33:09) What does it mean remedy or Segula?

R. Segula is what helps us reach the Creator.

38. S. (01:33:17) In order to build the Temple our unity is important or is this unity the first stage of correction? Is the daily work in the ten, could that be called working on building the Temple? 

R. Ask again.

R. There were three or four questions that were asked. First of all, every day we are building the Temple, that’s one thing. Connection between us is building of the Temple for sure, and we are doing more and more connections between our parts. A Temple is all of my desires when they’re connected to desires of others, for instance in the ten and by that we reach a state where bit by bit the lights that spread that go into the connection between us are the lights of NRNHY and that is how we should build.

39. S. (01:34:52) Why did the Creator create people so that the root of the soul doesn’t need a correction?

R. There is no such a thing, everyone will need the correction, everyone will want the correction it all depends on when. What we see now between us outside of us in this world we see people and that their time has not yet come to awaken. But it can take a second for it to spark.

40. S. (01:35:31) You said that it is good even with a bit of intention. What is the advice if the ten demands a person to do more actions that he can do with the right intention?

R. We should explain to them and to understand if they should or not, to him, to her, or them.
