STEPS OF THE STAIR SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN OUR USUAL / NORMAL STEPS, OR WE WILL EXPERIENCE HARDSHIP IN LIFE.

This rule recommends, both in spirituality and physical world, a step at a time progress. One normal step is one´s capacity. One should not take more than one is capable of, or struggle would be too much to the point of great hardship in life.

Corporeal Remedy: Build a stair with normal step hight in every step. The more comfortable the steps are the better one´s life is.

Spiritual Remedy: Take even spirituality one step at a time.
