Inner Excitement

How does one maintain excitement in each moment?

It is actually a positive thing to immediately forget the excitement. Why? So that in each moment you will have problems, have thoughts, and have doubts, and thus you will realize your right to choose. 

What kind of thoughts and doubts? About life, its meaning, where you are, and then you will know how to choose what to do and how to progress and what internal work to perform. Thus the environment that you build yourself will be what develops you and builds you. It is forbidden to be too relaxed.  One needs to constantly think about the situation and how to progress.
