כ  כִּי לֹא שָׁלוֹם, יְדַבֵּרוּ:    וְעַל רִגְעֵי-אֶרֶץ–דִּבְרֵי מִרְמוֹת, יַחֲשֹׁבוּן.

20 For they speak not peace; but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.
